if you stay for a week like we do you may want to use a day to golf and tour the sites. I was disappointed this year that a bad storm and flood occurred a few time and the course was closed due to damage and large braches scattered everywhere , that's not the course fault but Hershey did have flash floods this year worse then id ever seen. other wise its a beautiful golf outing

Delicious crab cakes, creative salads. Atmosphere is great. Can easily hear dinner companions. Desserts hard to resist.

Played the East Course which we found to be a bit boring. The front 9 is basically a serpentine of fairways. The back is a bit more interesting. Greens are well protected and accuracy is a must. The most surprising thing was the pro shop staff. Those we encountered bordered on rude -certainly not welcoming. The outside staff was great, but not so in the shop. Not really worth the trip.

The West course is the oldest and most classic, a good blend of long and short holes, a couple of architecturally challenged holes. The East course is long and boring with lots of crowned greens and very few good scores to be had. The links is the newest course and is in super condition with fast firm greens, however the links has about 12 good holes and at least three 'bad' holes, but it is fun.
