We ate here for the first time on an early Saturday night. We were seated right away. Good service. We shared the fruit and walnut salsd. It was fantastic (with the white balsamic vinaigrette dressing)! I got the shepherd's pie, and my husband got the meatloaf. We were both pleased. For dessert we had Irish cream cheese cake to share. It was delicious! We will be back!

We visited on Valentine's Day for lunch and the food was spectacular and quick. The staff was very friendly and the drinks were very good. The bar tender dealt with my indecisiveness and made me a drink based on a random vodka choice, the drink turned out great. Neat atmosphere and worth the visit.

We have been going to McGrath's for nearly 10 years now and it is so consistently good. The food and crowd are always great, and the owner is the nicest guy ever. I don't know if everyone in the area realizes just how amazing their chef is, but the food is seriously gourmet, and not at all what you'd expect from an Irish pub. I also appreciate that this is a real Irish pub, and not one of those fake ones that were a fad a few years ago. This feels more like a pub you would see in Ireland or England, and it is always a fun place to hang out. My only wish would be that they would make the top floor non-smoking, and force smokers to go out on the porch or in the front. That aside, this is the best spot in Harrisburg hands down!

Cozy place to go. Yes, the tables are a little close together. But this place is classy yet inviting. When people come in from out of town, I ALWAYS take them to McGraths. The employees there are so friendly. The service is second to none. The food comes out fresh and hot and the food is excellent - I've never heard a bad review from anyone I know regarding McGraths. The prices are reasonable. And they have a great beer selection. Tip - get the Celtic chicken wrap... to die for. And for smokers - the second floor is a smoker's paradise bar, complete with bartender and restroom. And no, you cannot detect cigarette smell on first floor. McGraths has something for everyone.

It can be a little noisy, but that is the only negative thing I can determine. All of the entrees are great, Highly recommend the fruity nutty salad!!

Friendly, with good food and a great selection of beer, both draft and bottle. Very Irish so watch out for ND football nights! ;)

We were visiting the area for the weekend and happened upon this quaint restaurant. We enjoyed our meals and found the prices reasonable! Wouldn't hesitate to visit again and would definitely recommend to anyone!

A welcome change from all the greasy chain restaurants in the area, we came upon McGraths after long day with family at Hershey Park. Food - especially short ribs & Shepards pie - was fantastic, as was service & beer selection. If ever in Harrisburg again, I'll visit McGrath's.

If you like potato soup this is a required stop. All others will be second to this once you have this. It has little bits of crushed bacon, cheese and green stuff sprinkled over the top and the soup is thick and oh so good.
