Its a local, rustic place with a gravel parking lot. The staff are locals, a polite way of saying poorly trained and not accustomed to treating their bil-paying customers like royalty. I get better service for better prices by staying at home. And every time I go, I feel like the wait-staff wishes I would've stayed home too, like its a big inconvenience to actually have more than 1 customer at a time. But, hey-- lots of restaurants aren't the best either. But in Phoenixville there's 100 other choices, so shop around!
