We noted the "Saturday Night Sky Jam" on their website and thought it would be fun. The website said 9pm-11pm for $20, 16+ only. Imagine our surprise when we got there and the place was overrun with mostly kids. The mostly disinterested staff was separating people by size onto various trampoline courts, but on each court nothing but trampoline dodge ball was going on. When we asked the clerk (a girl of approximately 16 years old) for clarification, she had no clue what the program was supposed to be. I suppose if your planning a 10year old birthday party it would be OK, (but costly). We were looking forward to an evening of fun and exercise and were very disappointed. I also did not feel comfortable with the all-inclusive waiver that allows images and names of jumpers to be used in promotional materials. If you don't sign that waiver--no jumping.

We took my nephew to sky zone on February 14th for his birthday. I had read the reviews and was expecting the worst. I found it clean and the staff was nice but not overly helpful. With it being geared towards children a more enthusiastic staff would make it a great place! With that said there were a ton of people jumping so it would be hard to please everyone. Overall it was a good experience. The boys loved it and that's why we went.

I took my son to Skyzone Harrisburg for the first time this past week and was utterly disappointed by the rude angry managers. My son (about 11) was playing dodgeball with a bunch of other kids. We had purchased a 2 hour ticket and it had only been about a half hour into it. Next thing I know a furious manager named Lindsay comes storming onto the trampolines after yelling at the poor employee ( Who was doing a fantastic job ) And started to throw kids out. She marched right up to my son and very swiftly pointed at him and said "You off". My son was terrified. No explanation or sympathy. Lindsay went on to kick several other kids off before giving the young employee more attitude. Now crying son running over to me, I told the manager how unfair her actions were against him and we demanded a refund since he was only able to jump for a half hour. She outrageously denied a refund and made us leave. Only was it when we got down to the main floor in front of a lady, who I believe to be the owner, did she pretend to act nice. Her half assed apology meant nothing as I just spent $25 to get my soon yelled at by an idiotic manager named Lindsay. Must say Im never going back there again as long as shes there. I relayed my message to all of my friends.

While I was very willing to sign the waiver for liability i am uncomfortable allowing my picture for promotional material, the manager was completely unwilling to accommodate this request, like I have had done at countless other establishments and refused to give me back my money. Seems like a fun place but you better hope nothing goes wrong because you won't get any service here.

Very fun activity but more dangerous than you would think. My son injured his foot to the extent that he could not even walk on it. NO ONE even tried to help him or ask if he was okay. Do your research and understand the risks before you go. We were told by the medical facility that there have been many many injuries coming from this place.

I am 42 and took my 9 year old daughter over Thanksgiving break. We jumped for 1 hour and that was plenty for me and I think for my daughter too - it's very tiring! It is very fun, and we will probably go again, but it is very expensive - $30 for the hour for both of us - if it were cheaper we would probably go more often.

This was our first time here and we won't be back! Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Some suggestions in case management actually reads these reviews...Change the layout - the first line you see as you walk in the door is the party/group desk. Being that it was a first time we didn't know so we got in that line. To be honest I didn't see the sign that's hanging from the 15 ft ceiling. It may also be helpful to have a door greeter! The waiver station is tucked back into the corner and the sign on the wall that says "start here" is to your back as you are walking to the next desk. More seats would be helpful.Invest in customer service training - I never saw the start here letters attached to the wall that was at my back so we (my 3 kids in tow) got in line to purchase tickets. Was told next available was one time but after having to go back and fill out the waivers, we got a time that was 30 minutes later. I was annoyed to say the least and snapped at the girl that it would have been nice to know about the waiver in advance. While I realize that I shouldn't have taken my frustration out on her, she didn't need to snap back at me about the information being on your website. Since my husband dropped us off to run some errands we had to hang out for an hour and a half until our "time" we went to the snack bar. The kids wanted pretzels but there was only one left I the case. I asked if they had more the boy checked and said yes but they couldn't have them ready right now and asked if I wanted to order them later. Really? No I had 3 kids to entertain for 1.5 hours. Two other employees had come back by then and he asked one of them to ring up my pretzels and she proceeds to chastise him for "looking for more" and then they have a conversation about it...while I'm standing right there. After ordering we sat at 1 of the 5 tables in front of the snack bar. Needless tk say I thought one of the four employees behind the counter would bring the pretzels to the table since I had 3 kids, coats, shoes, etc to keep track of. What a joke! They have never heard of going above and beyond. Went to the same guy that I ordered from and he couldn't remember from 5 minutes before...tried to charge me again. I've worked in the service industry for over 20 years and have never had a worse experience in my life! I dropped $50 here for 3 kids and a 30 minute jump (which hasn't even happened yet), they better have the time of their lives :)

This place is pretty fun. Price is a little steep in my opinion. $20 for 2 hours. The staff isn't very friendly. A lot of seemed uninterested in their jobs. The normal trampoline area is split up by height, which makes sense but that's useless when you have little kids running around. My friend collided with a small boy who was running around the entire place. We finally had to point it out to the staff after he ran into our zone twice. Only then did they make an effort to stop him. The pizza they offer disgusting even though it was fresh. I would go back but only if it wasn't busy. The staff isn't very concerned about safety. About one out of the ten employees we interacted with actually tried to enforce the rules that they have in place. I would fear bringing any kids to this place on a crowded Saturday night. Also, apparently they do not know anything about OSHA since their cleaning chemicals are not labeled what so ever. Who knows what they use on those trampolines.

We got there a few minutes past 3 and bought our tickets. The tickets said 3 to 4PM. Since this was our first visit I didn't pay much attention to the time. Buy the time the kids took off their shoes and got to the check point/safety person it was 3:10. The kids had a blast and were really enjoying the dodge ball. The attendant walked around at a little before 4 checking everybody's ticket. When she got to my kids they were told they had to leave because their time was up. When I told the attendant that they didn't get started until 3:10 she said that didn't matter they had to leave. Not ok they can play one more game or I'll give you 5 more minutes just get out. The one incident turned a good day into a bad disappointment. I won't be back.

Stopped in here with a friend and really had a great time...and we're 28 year old guys. All ages enjoy this place, kids, teens, college-age, adults. Saw birthday parties, dates, family outings.... They have jumping zones, trampoline dodgeball (that's right, you read that correctly), basketball hoops to dunk on, a foam pit. Really a great place and tons of fun. A little pricey, but worth it every once in a while. Check it out.
