My friend and I visited Confluence and decided to have a massage and pedicure.Mountain River Salon & Spa turned out to be perfect for us.Cindy, the massage therapist was wonderful. My friend said Cindy gave the best massage she had ever had. Shelly, the owner gave us pedicures and made us feelat home. We would definitely return to Mountain River Salon & Spa.
