I think this place used to be a huge wave pool when I was younger, but we didn't venture to it til this summer when we were home visiting family in Wheeling, WV (about a 30 minute drive on Route 40). I was skeptical going in, but ended up really enjoying our day there, despite a little rain shower for 15 minutes. First of all, the price is right, especially for our big group. Plenty of food at the concession stand to choose from and their prices are reasonable. My sister-in-law was especially impressed by the prices since she's used to Florida amuement park outrageous pricing. Loved the music they had playing over a speaker, not too loud and a mix of 80s and current hits. The water slide was a hit with our whole family as well as the diving board, water trampoline, and small kiddie play area. I also liked the fact that you could sit on a chaise lounge and see the big kids in the deep end and the little ones in the shallow end. And, most importantly, I found the restrooms and changing area kept very clean.Next time we'd like to take advantage of the picnic and playground facilities.

My family has been coming here since my dad was a child (he's now a grandparent)! Love that the pool has a gradual slope to get in! A kiddie play area with 2 slide, dump bucket, and a crawl through tunnel! There is a free water slide (about 3 stories high) diving boards, a water trampoline, and new this year a floating rolling log thing that you try to get across! Bathrooms here aren't good, but for $8 adults and $6 kids...you get a water park experience without the $30 price tag! There are several shelters to rent as well as several kid friendly playgrounds near the shelters! There are 2 huge wooden climbing playgrounds...but they can be confusing to get out of for little ones!
