We have played all three courses and they are all good but i would rank them as follows: Palmer, Player and then Trevino but you cant go wrong with any of them.

We played the Palmer course and really enjoyed our round. The pro shop was able to fit us in with a tee time, and, the starter etc. were very polite and efficient. Course was in great shape. Grab a yardage book in the pro shop so you know where to and where not to hit it!

Three friends and I played our 3rd annual match on the Player Course a few weeks ago. It was a blast. Great greens, great staff, great weather. The victory cocktail afterward was even better! We will be back!

Had a hard time finding the trail that is 3.75 miles long and was recommended by the staff at Geneva Ridge. We wandered on the golf course looking for the path and were harrassed by home owners that were golfing. Their attitude and anger was really something unecessary as we weren't out there with golf clubs attempting to sneak on the course. The ranger zoomed down to escort us off. It was quite embarrassing and really uncalled for. Apparently money doesn't buy class!

I'm not saying this was a challenging course, but Arnold Palmer must have been angry with golfers when he designed this one. The traps and undulations were placed to capture ALL of my golf balls. Very well maintained and a very friendly staff. Highly recommend. The Player course starts from the same clubhouse. If you Stay & Play, they will store your clubs overnight in the same golf cart and have them ready the next day. I really enjoyed both courses and the Memorial Day weekend with perfect weather.

It doesn't matter if you are playing Trevino, Player or Palmer. These golf courses have it all elevation changes, good length, nice greens and beautiful views!

The steak was done just right, the side dishes were just as good, and we had drinks on the outdoor balcony overlooking a nice golf course ablaze in fall colors!

I recently went on a weekend vacation get-away to Geneva National Golf course and resort. All I can say is everything was unbelievable and they go above and beyond to accomodate their guests. The employees are very professional and make sure you are enjoying every part of your stay. We highly recommend the spa and massage located at the hotel. The food was excellent and I thought the spinach artichoke dip was to die for. We played both golf courses and they were in unbelievable shape while having amazing scenery while playing. If you stay in the hotel make sure you check out the outside patio bar area. I would highly recommend experiencing a nice relaxing trip to this vacation spot. I look forward to returning next year and can't wait to experience it all over again!!!!!

We played the Palmer course and it was in great condition. $32.00 PP on GolfNow made it better as I think fall rates are $90.00. The carts we're great No GPS is the only downfall.

Played here with friends for the first time. We played the Palmer course. It is a beautiful course, but man, the greens are impossible! Upon returning to the clubhouse when we finished, the gentleman cleaning my clubs said those are some of the hardest you'll ever see....no kidding!Staff were very pleasant, course was maintained very well. Only complaint is that we only saw the food/drink cart 3 times during our play.

This course is wonderful and so very convenient to most Hotels in the area. Staff is very helpful and never hard to find...especially in their black and beige diamond trousers. One of the best courses to play in the area!

My wife and I played the Player Course a couple weeks ago and really enjoyed our day. The course was challenging but not too much so. The grounds were in very good shape, especially considering it is more of a resort course that gets a lot of traffic. The management of the course was very good, all of the staff were helpful and friendly and from arrival to starting everything was very prompt and on-time. However we did run 5 hours and 40 minutes and ended up waiting on the entire back nine which was a bit distracting. The couple we were paired with left around hole seven on the back nine due to the slow play. Not sure where the issue arose but obviously there were several slow moving groups that were not getting pushed at all.We would play again but maybe not on a weekend. Loved the course and the facilities, but they need to keep the pace reasonable.

My old AF buddy and I played the Gary Player course one day and the Arnold Palmer course the next day. Two excellent championship courses. I'm only sorry we couldn't play the Lee Trevino course too. The staff was excellent as was the food we had. Just a great experience. We stayed at the Geneva Ridge Resort across Lake Como and got the "Stay and Play" rate which was around $81 (vs $130) If you're a golfer and in the area you have to play at least one of these courses.

I recently played a round of golf with friends at the Gary Player course located in Lake Geneva at the Geneva National Resort. It was one of the most pleasurable rounds I have ever enjoyed. The staff are courteous, attentive but down to earth. Everyone from the waiters to the starters were friendly and accomodating. I will definitely return!
