This is a small old theater with great prices! I can afford to take my grandchildren here without breaking the bank. Admission is $5.00 for everyone - last week they had free admission.Snacks are very reasonable and for the 6 of us with tons of snacks was about 40.00 dollars! Great family atmosphere, seating is not bad, quality of film is good....

Everything including costs, seats, service and location but the actual cost of the movie and food, soda, treats was incredible..

If you are looking for fancy and frills this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for a family owned local movie theater this is it. Ticket prices for a family of 4 is more then reasonable and prices of snacks won't leave you broke! This is a nice clean, friendly place. We go often!

We were pleasantly at the low admission charge for a first run movie. Concessions were reasonably priced too. The theater really gives the "old world charm." Nice family place.

This is old-style movie viewing at bargain prices. Great old wood floor theater, cheap eats at the concession, and a low ticket price make the Montello theater a great deal. Yeah, the wooden seats are a bit stiff, but that's part of the charm of the place.

Cheap movie, and cheap candy, popcorn and soda! Go there with the whole family and not go broke!! Chairs are a little stiff so if its a long movie you may want to bring an extra cushion. But worth it!

Have been going here for such awhile with our son growing up. Great pricing for families. New movies and great variety. Popcorn and candy prices are very affordable. Thanks Montello for providing such a nice place close to home.

I just found out that the movie theater might be closing soon and it is a darn shame ...we go there every year and everyone i know has a great time ..please help them by donating money to them so they can update the place so it will be there for years to come....please pass this information along to all your friends and family if they can help as well ,,,contact them if you can help them out ...we cant loose another business in the area especially when its for family fun

For 5 bucks you can see a good movie and have a bag of popcorn in a nice clean movie theater,All of there prices are great for there snacks and drinks.Call ahead to see what movie is showing because sometimes the place is packed to the doors. I always try and go there when ever I go up north.

We live in Montello and visit the theater occasionally. Ticket prices are just $4 and snack and drinks are very reasonable. Movies seem to play about 2 to 3 weeks after they start showing in the larger cities. My only complaint would be that all of the movies are family movies. I would go more often if they showed an R rated movie once in a while.
