This place is pointless. No one famous will book here because of how expensive it is. Even if they did, the ticket prices would be ridiculous.

Easy downtown location. Walkable to many bars, hotels, and restaurants. Clean restrooms. Attentive staff.

Place is very clean, but hey it's new! Parking kinda stinks so I would suggest getting there early and tailgate. Seats are kinda cramped with the row in front of you but so are airliners now a days.

It was a nice venue for a concert. I could hear well and was pleased with my seat although it was a distance away from the stage.

I saw the Eagles here and was really pleased with the space. It's big enough to get big acts, and small enough to have great seats everywhere in the arena.

We have been here for several concerts. The arena is well maintained, and the staff are great. There is a lot good parking in the area too

I noticed some of the criticism about the tightness of the seating. This facility is very similar to the Sprint Center in KC (with the Sprint Center having more of an incline) concerning the tightness and leg room. BOK Center, Tulsa has tremendous amount of leg room. But, regardless of the seating being tight, I did not think that my comfortability was really affected that much by it, so it was really a non issue (I am 6' 1", 185). The large assortment of restaurants is amazing. It is a very clean facility, and the guitar collection of various musical artists is really neat. I was really surprised by the ease of getting out of the parking lots and how smoothly the traffic flowed after the event.

We came to see the Oklahoma City Thunder play an exhibition game on Friday, October 17, 2014. We have mobility problems, so we purchased handicapped seats on the first level. I am glad we did. I checked some of the other "normal" seats nearby and could not sit in them comfortably. I am tall and the leg room might be good only for someone less than 6 foot tall. The handicapped seats were folding chairs and very comfortable. There was a handy over-sized drink container on the railing in front of the seat. The televisions around the circular walkway where the concessions are were either not working or playing some local channels, not playing what we were there to see while we waited in long lines for crappy food, or waiting in line to use the restroom. We wondered why there wasn't a classy sit down restaurant for the public with wait staff. The scoreboard was not to the NBA standard I have seen in many cities. The pixels seem to be few as parts were not clear and sharp. The area where the current player's fouls and points were displayed was apparently not checked well before the game and was on the fritz. It was showing 7, 8 & 9 fouls and 0 points on players who were on the court. When I gingerly mentioned this problem to a male usher in a red coat, he dismissed the matter saying it was "pre-season anyway" and said nothing more after his comment as he started to walk away. I politely thanked him for his superior customer service. The audio from the loudspeakers was inferior to other arenas I have visited. It sounded like the speakers were cheap as the voices cracked and were not very loud.I can see why others who have attended events at this place are disappointed. Intrust Bank should read these Trip Advisor comments to see what they are paying for. I would if my name was on the building.

It is horrible! I wouldn't return for free. Tickets are over priced seating is absolutely terrible if your over 5 feet tall you won't fit and your knees will be digging into the seat in front of you and the floor seating is no better and even pricier if you weigh over 75lbs you won't fit and let's face it we live in America and us Americans need more room!

If you were to rate this based solely on the many restaurants and food sites, excellent bathroom facilities and the entertainment then you'd have a hit, however, the seating is horrible. I am a short woman (5' 3") and I was cramped! We were lucky that we had aisle seating but, was a bit of a pain to have to stand up every time someone in the row had to exit. If you have the funds, I recommend trying the floor...I've heard it's more comfortable?

This venue is well looked after and easy to get around in. The staff were great and the options for food and beverages were good.

The facility is new and well maintained. I have been to many events at this venue. Over priced food and beverages as usual, but thats the norm in these facilities. Seats are excellent except in the way up high area. Parking can be a bit of a challenge if your not use to the downtown area. While this facility is owned by Sedgwick County, and the largest venue in the Wichita area you would think that more concerts and other acts would be brought in. It seems as if the management plays it safe and only brings in what other SMG managed facilities are bringing in across the country. Wichita is a culturally diverse city. we need more acts! As a side note, do not go to the Wichita Ribfest, its overpriced to get in, overpriced food and keeps getting worse as far as quality

We felt most seats would be enjoyable and many food and drink options. Security was good and employees were pleasant.

Saw a concert there and there wasn't a bad seat in the building! The facility was awesome with plenty of bathrooms too!
