Tucked away in the gently rolling hills of Southern Indiana - not far from Corydon off I-64 - is a lovely little winery. We attended an event that that Scout Mountain sponsors in October, at which they serve free, yummy, Southern-style bean soup and home-made cornbread. The proceeds benefit the various county services that feed the needy during the Thanksgiving Holidays. The food was hot and delicious. The winery supplied free tastings of its very fine wines. There was a roaring bonfire, a local group of musicians were playing, and the night was chilly and starry. The overall effect was welcoming and friendly. There's a bed and breakfast on the property adjacent to the winery - which I did not try - but it looked very cozy. I hear there's a hot tub available, and if the food at this shindig was any indication, you're in for a treat. Overall, I'm sure I'll return - and I would encourage anyone to truck up the road and discover this sweet, friendly winery with some very tasty local wines.

This was a nice winery. Super friendly, could try as many wines for free. Had t-shirts, flags, etc for purchase. They also have two dogs that were friendly as well.

Beautiful area and we liked several of the wines and loved the B1tchin' Berry! We also stayed at the house on site for 2 days. The only thing not supplied was a microwave. No microwave in 2014? I'm not a hot tub person, but it was very nice sitting in it watching the stars on a cold evening. The owners were very friendly, and when we had a problem, they were there to solve it immediately. It's close to several State Forests, and we walked several trails. There are several wineries in the area, and we managed to hit them all! This was a great location to do that from.
