The shuttle service to and from our motel to the Casino was chaotic.The shuttle supposedly runs every 30 minutes but several patrons from multiple motels waited in excess of an hour.In addition,our shuttle driver forgot we were the first stop and went to all the other motels first.On the way back thru the loop,he passed our motel a second time,saying he forgot we were on the shuttle.I will stay closer to the Casino where I can walk or drive.

I was in Cherokee, needed a ride to town. It was cold outside so they were giving free rides to get people out of the cold. Drivers were very friendly.

It is very helpful if you are planing to go into the casino and do some drinking, because they go by the casino every 30min and they stop running at 11:30p.m So be sure to be outside by that time. And hey paying a $1 is cheaper than getting pulled and being charged with a D.U.I

Had to have hotel staff call for a bus as we had waited 45 minutes. Delivered us to the front door of the casino and picked us up at the same spot. Only a dollar per trip is a GREAT price as compared to taxis.

We waited about 10 min. From when the hotel called them. The transit took us to the casino after 3 more stops, in the opposite way from the casino. The only problem is that it stops at 11:00 and we wanted to stay longer, so we ended up having to take a taxi, with a $20 flat fee. The hotel also gave us tokens so it was free. If we have to in the future we will ride it again.

The Cherokee Transit shuttle is door to door service! No walking across parking lots! It is very safe and takes the guesswork about how to get around town. The only down side is sometimes you have to wait 15-20 minutes on a return shuttle if traffic is really heavy during tourist season - really not a problem, though. Just be prepared.

We used the transit to go through the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and go to Pigeon Forge. It's nice to let someone else do the driving. They drop you off and you can shop, eat, etc and then they will drive you back!! Great deal and doesn't cost much!

It's ony a $1.00 per person, which is a good low price. It just don't run on Sundays. Glad they offer the service exspecially if you had a couple of drink at the casino.

Used the transit to take us from hotel to casino. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Buses were clean!

The bus will get you there and back--- but only before midnight. After that, you are walking in Cherokee.

Le chauffeur nous avait promis de venir nous rechercher ... Il n'est jamais venu ... Nous avons poiroté plus de 30 minutes sur le parking de pizza hut ... A la nuit tombante .... Puis finalement c'est une personne qui a accepté de bien vouloir nous raccompagner à notre hôtel. A Cherokee, un service de transit existe pour vous amener au Casino. Il y a semble-t-il peu de taxis ...
