Large stadium-style seating theater with many viewing options. Ticket price is about average for other similarly styled theaters in the area. Often times the restrooms are unclean and under-supplied. As with most other theaters, concessions are extremely overpriced...skittles, large drink, popcorn = $17... Last visit, cops had to be called over to another theater because patrons were throwing popcorn in the line waiting to enter. Also, in our theater the audio stopped working and shortly thereafter, the picture went out as well. Took a few minutes (maybe 15) to get this worked out, but it eventually was okay.

I drive 30 minutes to get here because I really prefer this one to my hometown one. It is a huge movie theater and it actually makes you feel like you are at the movies! They even have a rewards program which is really great! Free popcorn and drink!

The overall decor, comfort & number of individual theatres is great but the price for eats at the concession stand are way overpriced.......location is a bit out of the way for me as well so although it's a nice movie experience, unless there's a movie showing that isn't going to be playing anywhere else, probably won't be making it the norm!

This is by far the best movie theater in Winston-Salem. The accoustics are great (although a little loud in the IMAX theater) and the theater itself is spacious and clean. It's rare that we use another theater but when we do, we're reminded how nice this theater really is.

While this is a very pretty theater with plush seating, when confronted with $20 popcorn and drink prices after paying an exorbitant amount for a ticket to begin with, you're left feeling that you're an investor in the building of this place, but not an investor that will ever see any profits! With the many places that you can see a movie, it's just silly that people choose to pay these prices.

Went here on a Thursday night to watch Expendables 3 and then went back to watch Gaurdians of the Galaxy in their HUGE 3D theater! It was one of the best 3D theaters I have ever been to! The staff was nice, the facilities were very clean and it was an overall great experience! Odd location but worth the drive!

My husband and I frequently visit this theater when we're in the mood to watch a movie on the big screen. There is nothing that has disappointed me about this venue. It's an updated theater so there are good seats, sound and screens.

My husband and I were in town for the USATF Masters track meet. We decided to see a movie during our stay. We had a great experience, the theater was comfortable and clean. If someone tall would have sat in front of me, I still would have been able to see the entire screen. We enjoyed our experience so much that we went back to the theater the next day and saw another movie!

Love watching movies at the Grand. Comfortable seating, very clean theater. Staff are very friendly.

Tiered seating is a real boon to shorter folks--even if an NBA star sits in front of you, you can still see the screen. The place is clean; the staff is cheerful, and the popcorn is tasty. What more can you want?

This is our family’s favorite Winston-Salem area movie theater. Lobby, theaters, and restrooms are always clean. The staff is always polite and do their best to make sure lines move as quickly as possible. We have one of their Reel Rewards cards and even though we only go to movies three or four times a year, we get rewards such as free popcorn frequently.

We are not avid movie goers but when we go this is the place. It's clean and well kept. the staff is always friendly. We only had one bad experience. The sound was really bad one particular time. In fact we missed a brief but important part of the movie all together. The manager was very snotty and refused to compensate us for the substandard condition. As we were leaving an assistant manager stopped us and gave us a free ticket for a future visit. The assistant saved the experience for us. I reported the incident to the parent company. We have not seen grouchy since.

The Grand is the largest theatre in Winston-Salem. And the seating is also best in city. The chairs are large, recline, and the armrests are moveable so that you can snuggle with your sweetie. Because of all of these features it sees a lot of traffic, so on occasion the lobby can be crowded. I do like the fact that they have an age limit, so that late night there aren't a lot of kids.

The rewards program needs to be improved takes to long to earn anything .The theater is very nice ,modern and each theater has very large screens, good lay out of seats and seats are very comfortable .Each time we have been here the theater as whole has been very clean.
