Wanted to try Hilltop for some time now and am glad I did. Had the soup and sandwich for lunch. Turkey grilled cheese and clam chowder were both tasty. Want to go back for dinner sometime. I would caution those who take the "bistro and bar" literally but for a nice family eatery, you can't do much better in Monroe.
