We'd tried some of the wines that this winery turns out previously which prompted a visit to see more.....staff was warm & welcoming & their 'fortified' wines are a one of a kind experience! You'll be hard pressed to choose from their offerings when choosing what to take with you! Give it a try, for sure!

This was our second time At Windsor Run. Each year we go on a couples wine tour. Our husband make sure we stop here to see Chuck. AMAZING customer service and outstanding wines. Our favorite place each year. Highly recommend!

Windsor Run is a short drive from HWY 421. Although the winery is relatively new, the vineyard is mature. The expanded tasting room was warm and inviting. Ray Ann (staff manager in tasting room) was knowledgable and cheerful. They also have a distillery and offer fortified wines, which I recommend trying. Purchased dry red and white wines. Plan to return soon!

Windor Run (formerly Buck Shoals) has a large variety of wines and port made in their distillery. The wines are quite good and Iended up with a couple of bottles. Their tasting room overlooks the vineyard and it is very relaxing.

This vineyard has a nice variety of unique offerings along with a wonderful log cabin feel. It seems that they have a rather large operation and produce wine for several local vineyards. We really enjoyed their Apple Mead, as well as their port-style wine. A nice vineyard that I'm sure we will visit again.

This is still a relatively young vineyard, but the wines are really coming along. Bought a few bottles this stop. Excellent wine hostess, and they even allowed our little pups in to watch us taste wine. Definitely worth stopping at.

This is a very cosy little winery, with the tasting room in a lovely bright log cabin. Staff were very friendly, and it's interesting to have some meads to taste along with the wines, for a bit of variety. The wines here are definitely on the sweeter side, but that's mostly to be expected from wineries in this area. So if that's what you like, I'm sure you will love the wine selection here!

We had been visiting wineries and passed this one, although we were tired we decided to stop and are we glad we did! The staff was very educational, it was a pleasant experience! We found several wines we really liked but ended up purchasing the Sangria today. We'll be back! (The mead was really, really good!)

Did you know mead is really good? Take a little honey, add in some fruit juice and you have a wonderful sweet drink without grapes. Or maybe you would like their version of port or sangria? Both are worth the time to sample and enjoy.

Had fun with the wine tasting which is held in a cute log cabin complete with front porch and rocking chairs. The keepsake glasses are have an antique truck on them and were worth the tasting alone. That said, the wine is very nice especially the "fortified" (brandy) wines and mead. Left with several bottles. Definitely will return.Note: This was formerly Buck Shoals Vineyard and is now owned by the owners of Shadow Springs.

Loved our tasting at Windsor Run (they're dog friendly too - bonus!). Our hostess was super friendly and we had a ball during our tasting. Wine is very unique and suprisingly good. Make sure to try the distilled brandy, it's great too!
