first of all I have to told about space, it's really huge place! There a lots of animals there. A good conditions and good feeding for animals. The best part of my visit it's was a rhino and many giraffes. So it's pretty good zoo but really little. But anyway It's will be interesting for adults and especially for kids, it's not at all expensive it's pretty cheap!

We became members because we saw the value in coming more than once. There are lots if unique animals to see. A great family detour and place to explore the wonder of the animal kingdom! A must see

Have a great variety of animals to look at. Also seeing the peacocks wandering around everywhere was also neat. :)

A nice zoo with great looking exhibits. There is a lot of empty space and plenty of room for growth. The area beyond the giraffes is nice and open but there is nothing out pass that way and a little out of the way. The rhino exhibit is world class with a close view of them. The tiger exhibit area is shaded and you get up and close look at them. A nice place to stroll with the kids for several hours and let them run around.

The zoo has had many updates, with more coming. The recent Zoo Boo, which happens every year in late October for three consecutive days (Friday - Sunday), saw over 10,000 visitors and was a great success. Some of the animals are moved to warmer climates for the winter, but many are still here and the Museum is very interesting (and warm). Cookies with Santa will be coming up in December. With family oriented places becoming fewer and fewer, it's nice to visit a place that is geared towards the family.

Nice selection of animals. Liked the rhino's. Bison were good too. Just an average zoo, may be a little above, Would give it three and a half.

We actually thought this zoo was really good. No crowds, lots of animals, and some unique sights. We loved Ricochet, Liam, and Onyx were so much fun to watch!

Even during the off season it was fun (but seriously charging us full price when the carousel, restaurant, and safari ride (aka a chunk of Africa stuff) is not working is not so smart). The stuffed exhibits aka the museum part were really well done. The zoo layout was good up until the africa savanna. No signs for directions and unmarked doors and buildings in that part so you don't know if you are walking a long way for nothing (the meerkats building was a perfect example of this most people didn't even know it was there). The giraffe viewing platform was good (never got that close to a giraffe before). The snow monkey exhibit was excellent too. Feeding the koi, ducks, and swans was nice. So there are good points and bad on this one.

It was a nice little zoo that had a lot of animals. It was well laid out & the animals were pretty active.

Okay, okay, it isn't outrageously expensive (9.50 + tax for Adults) and parking is free. Yet, I did expect more. I was through the entire thing in less than 1.5 hours and the place has dead ends. For example, I walked all the way to the end of the Safari walk to find that not only were no animals out and that the path did not lead to other areas of the zoo. Therefore, an about face and walking past the same emptiness I had just seen.

Run of the mill animals. We went at 4 p.m., so maybe that had something to do with the lack of movement by the animals. The most memorable part were a rhino peeing on someone and turtles trying to procreate. In my opinion, if this is what a family takes from the zoo.... it needs some work. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They have single and double strollers for $5 & $7 respectively. Nice strollers, I think the ghost alligator exhibit is the only one that does not accommodate strollers. The gal that took tickets at the front was nice enough to take a family photo for us in front of the fountain. For what it cost, I'd be more likely to take the kids to the outdoor campus, in the future.

We took our 10, 7, and 2 year old to the zoo. It was a nice way to spend an afternoon. It took us about 3 hours to tour it. The animals were sometimes hard to spot. Not nearly the exotic species you would see at the Omaha zoo. But overall was not overcrowded with people and a nice relaxing afternoon with the family.

We have visited many zoos across USA and abroad. This was a pleasant surprise. The Natural History Museum is great for kids to get a close look at the animals. And then the zoo. Unique exhibits - albino alligators, anteater, red wolf, snow monkeys, emus, rheas, and 7 giraffes. Great children petting zoo and monkey house. Overall nice visit.

Pros: Nice animals. The penguins were great fun to watch. The exhibits' glass is kept clean, so you don't have to peer through fingerprints and smudges. The zoo is growing, and the new exhibits are as nice as the old ones.Cons: It was late and rainy when we got there so not all of the animals were out. The house which you can view the Bald Eagles and Red Pandas from stank very, very badly.

Very nice well maintained zoo. It's not a huge zoo, but it does have some really cool animals. The snow monkeys are awesome! Reasonably priced.
