I purchased a living social deal for Simply Skin. The massage was very good and relaxing, but the overall experience didn't feel like a spa visit. I'm used to going to well established locations and Simply Skin didn't have the feel. The massage itself was very good and I did enjoy the massage! The lotion used was thick and did not have a pleasant scent (I believe it was unscented). This is a personal preference but I would have rather have had a soft, light, clean scent to the lotion.

Purchased a massage via groupon.Could not locate the business, attempted to call several times to the business. I was ten minutes late showing up, refused to take my appointment. They cashed in the gift certificate before it was used, we attempted to reschedule. We showed up for the second appointment and was greeted by a rude reception, and a $20 rescheduling fee that was never disclosed while rebooking. Not a great way to run a business. Please don't waste your time.

Owner, Sonya Heitmuller just gave me the most wonderful facial. This was not my first visit but my fifth and the experience gets better each time. Her spa offers massages as well but I am hooked on her facials.
