Never seen so great a variety of vegetables and fruits grown so near by, such delicious grapes and exotic melons! Such wonderful herbs, honey and baked goods. Brought home a trunk-full and wanted still more. Happy to know the growers were also the sellers and would benefit from direct sales.

This market isn't huge by any means, but has a great variety of offerings. We particularly like the selection of organic produce and baked goods. The best part for us is that its a great place to pick up a great lunch. The food vendors serve up fabulous grub. There is always live music and its dog friendly. The vendor stalls are well done and there is plenty of shade which is important in this area where the summer temps are blistering. We no longer grow much of a garden and appreciate being able to pick up fresh fruits and veggies that are usually superior to those found in a grocery store.

We always love to visit the Farmer's Market on Sundays to get fresh produce and enjoy wandering around the booths. It is good to go early when it isn't too hot and there is the best selection from the stands.

We go to the farmers market almost every other sunday. Its a great place to walk around, get great food, and get fresh local produce. We always bring the dog too and she loves it.

Good fresh produce, as well as ready to eat foods. Seems like they're always music, fun crafts for kids, jewelry, etc.

What better way to spend a warm summer Sunday than strolling the Farmers Market in Yakima. You will not get any fresher fruits and veggies. Some picked earlier in the morning and then strait to the market. Something new each time as produce comes in season. The smell of the Bar B Q will force you to sit and grab a bite to eat , fresh lemonade to wash it down and a sweet pastry or fresh berries for dessert! Artisian and vendors are there with a varity of goods including honey, jerky, hot and sweet pepper jelly, jewlery, fresh flowers, natural oils and lotions, roasted nuts, smoked salmon, kettle corn, lavander products, willow branch furniture, stained glass, metal works and more. You never know what treasure you may find. Add a little live music and you got a a speacial treat to look forward on Sunday afternoons!
