Go if you want to lose all your money. Slots are tighter than visegrips. I figured after 900 bucks it would eventually give a little back...WRONG! Go elsewhere.

They are doing everything possible to cut cost for there new expansion and it looks like they don't care if you like it or not. For example your players card is no good anymore and has been replaced with another card and guess what. That 50% off on the buffet is now 15% off you will find that out after waiting in line for the buffet and have the the nice lady that takes your money tell you that you need to go to the desk and get your "NEW CARD". But if you now play $500.000.00 dollars in a year, then you can get 50% off your buffet. Such a great deal ! They have screwed up the parking so bad that do to there new expansion , the common folk can walk a quarter of a mile to get in because of the elite parking that has now taken over the main entrances of the casino. The slots have really gotten very tight but hey, when you have over 700 employees in a modest size casino, someone has to pay the wages. It was a fun place to go. And there will always be someone to take my place. but the fun is over for us. That damm greed gets them every time don't it ?

We usually go to Spirit Mtn, and were looking for something different. Well, we had a great time. I wouldn't say we walked out with more $, but there were tons of different slot machines, they have a great players club for new members, and our money lasted longer.

My husband and I have gone to the steakhouse every Christmas Eve for 3 years past 3 dinners were beyond great. This year just ok. I had my usual filet & lobster fillet was good but lobster was over cooked. My husband always ordered the stuffed halibut, with same results past meals incredible this year over cooked and dry. Too bad because we have been spoiled in past years and expect the same quality. Don't know if they have a new chef or he was upset working on a holiday. Not as nice of a Christmas eve, may have to take a chance on somewhere else next year

At no ones fault but my own I always lose here yet return. I always here people's names called saying they won jackpot and have seen a few but betting 10 $- 20 $ a push for a jackpot seems a bit ridiculous. Ive hit jackpots on $1.00-$1.50 at most casinos. The only good thing about lucky eagle is its close to home for my stupid addiction I have.Save your money and go elsewhere

Relatively speaking this is a smaller casino however they make up for size by being a very friendly place.I live fairly close and have been here a few times and every time I have gone I have been met with happy smiling faces and employees who will go out of their way to answer questions or help any way they can. Well worth a stop if you are in the area.

Great time, Great Staff, and Great Casino. A good little place to gamble and enjoy yourself. Though, smokey at times they do have a clean gamble room for the non-smokers.

This is a typical casino with all the atmosphere that you would expect. It is not a big casino but smaller and only one level. I have been there several times only because it is close by and I have a friend who works there. The food is OK and the entertainment is good. I am not a gambler and this place is a gamblers place.

They are actually in my estimation nothing but a bunch of crooks!! I would not recommend anyone going to the lucky eagle casino!

Ok, I went to try this out. I started with bingo. The seller of table games was really rude. I asked to buy a game and then realized I would not have time, in the process of changing my mind she assured me I would have time. I tried my best but the bonanza was the next game! I asked for her help since she was not doing anything and she simply said "Well, that is a part of bingo" I was mortified! Also, the numbers were called so slow that I felt like going to sleep in a few games. One of the callers was at a decent speed. Their 15 minuet intermission consists of 10 minuets in calling winners for $5 off their next bingo day. Horrible timing if you ask me. Their toilets were great with a system that automatically has toilet covers. That was the only up point of my bingo experience. Second, the front desk told me there was a new member rebate and that whatever I lost this night would be given back in 3 installments within 2 months. I asked how they do the table games and she told me that it will be on my new players card and I could turn this in at the cashier for my rebate. Well, I spent about $275 and asked the table manager to go ahead and put my points through so I could do the rebate. They did not have my points because I was told by a dealer that I only had to give my card once and they would track me and keep up my points. Well, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a manager to take a look and he came back and said he would put me in for 150 and out for 100. Which leaves me with a 50 dollar loss instead of a 175$ loss. I then went to the cashier and explained the situation, waited again for another manager probably another half our and he went to check it out and said it was all tracked properly. He told me I should be good to go. I went back and there was still no rebate available. I let him know and he directed me to promotions with the fakest smile I have ever seen. I didn't think much of it until I got to promotions and they said the rebate was only for slots! I felt like I had the longest, most ignorant and un-professional run around of my life! I love playing and I drive an hour to go to my normal place and I highly regret trying this place and my friends, family and I will stick with the drive or we will go to little creek for our play. Also, I noticed that they have smoking and non-smoking in the same room! Doesn't that defeat the purpose of non-smoking? They had 2 tables that were non-smoking right in the middle of the other tables that were smoking. I feel this place is highly un-professional and lacks the much needed proper and courteous customer service for a business to thrive.

We used the RV park. If you get a players card they let you dry dock in a beautiful spot for free. There aren't that many spots so reserve ahead. They also have full hookups as well. I played bingo in there bingo hall and won $150. That was exciting. It is kind of tucked out of the way a little. I was surprised there were so many people there. The staff were extremely accommodating, the food in the cage was really good. Freshly prepared. Don't miss this one if you are traveling through. You will like it.

Real nice place. Had never been there before, they had a bunch of slot machines I had not played before because the casinos I usually go to don't have them. Left with 60 bucks more than I came with too. I plan on coming back because its actually closer to my house than going to the beach from my house.

I love the casino however they need to bump up on security issues with people approaching you to ask for money stating they were abandoned or out of gas.

Had a good french dip sandwich in the cafe. After being seated, it took 15 minutes for a waiter to come to our table. There were only 3 other tables occupied at the time. Not sure what the hold up was. We have eaten there on other occasions and did not experience the slow service. Will eat there again.

Lucky Eagle Casino is now on my A-list for casinos. It's like mama bear's bed - not to large and not to small - just right. Plenty of machines and tables. A small full service bar and pub style restaurant with a wall full of Meltdown machines - our favorite - and tables for relaxing and/or dining. We had a great time!
