I live in Redmond. I have several favorite restaurants, but this is my favorite of them all.The best things to eat here are the Samosas, the large variety of breads, and the Paneer Peshawari (there are several other entrees I like). Much more flavorful than most Indian Restaurants, you have to like spice to appreciate it; other restaurants are bland in comparison. The buffet is fine but It's better to go in the evening and order a "Thali". You get your choice of two entrees, 1 bread, and the wonderful Samosas!Other notes:* You don't have to be a vegetarian to love this place (I'm not).* It's never crowded (must be the hidden location).* It is understaffed, so you may have to wait a little, but the owners are really nice!* They have not put a lot of money into improvements, but I care about food much more than ambience.
