Our family and friends all love seeing us uncork a Pasek Cellers bottle! If you like a sweeter wine as I do you will be elated tasting these wines. I can't recommend it strongly them enough. Truly a delight for the palatte! The folks who run it are wonderful! Don't miss the opportunity to give this winery a try I believe you will become a fan!

I've been in here a number of times. I usually bring anyone who is visiting me for the first time. It's a small tasting room and the wines are mostly fruit flavored but not all are sweet. My favorite is the Cranberry Wine. It goes well with holiday meals. Definitely worth a stop. The tasting is free (at least it was last time I was there), so what do you have to lose? You may end up like me. I only went because a friend wanted to stop and I ended up leaving with several bottles of wine. The tasting room is in a corner of a small store and there are gas pumps out front.

There are too many wine snobs in the world...Having said that, absolutely everone has an opinion about the wines they like or don't like. I'm no exception. I prefer whites, on the sweeter side. Pasek makes incredible fruit-based wines that are unique and delicious. Think passionfruit, guava, blackberry, cranberry. They even have a coffee wine! If you are adventurous and are partial to supporting small local brands, then Pasek Cellars should be on your list of places to visit.

My favorite is their Blackberry wine. YUMMY! They make unique varieties of wine that are all fabulous.

We found the tasting room accidentally last year when we stopped at the Red Barn near Mt Vernon, and sought it out again this year. The un-oaked Chardonnay is my favorite Chardonnay of all time, and I think it deserves greater attention than it receives. The sampling is generous and the people friendly!

It's a bummer to be the slow one at finally getting on the tripadvisor bandwagon. We've frequented Pasek on our weekend getaways from West Seattle for almost two years and have always had a great experience! (just missed being the 1st to put a review in).By far the Chardonnay is the best (and amazes us that it hasn't won more awards) - the stainless steel barrel aging just begs it to be served ice cold for a crisp and less dry finish. As the other review said, the other fruit wines will appeal to some and not to others. Of all things the blackberry is quite good - especially to throw a splash of Diet 7-Up into for a subtle wine berry flip. You can't get a winery any closer to the freeway - it's worth your stop to make your own opinion (and review). Cheers!

Pasek has interesting wines not found most places. They have an unoaked Chardonnay and a number of fruit wines. These are wines made with fruit other than grapes: Passion Fruit, Pineapple, Rasberry, Cranberry, Guava, Loganberry, others and even coffee. You are not likely to find these varietals at too many wineries! Some of the wines are better than others but many are very good. Certainly the experience of trying these wines is worth the stop. They have a nice selection of items in addition to wine for sale too.
