Two businesses at this stop ... a small gallery of things and small batch hand-crafted hard cider that is tasty and pricey. The other is a non-alcoholic cider mill that has a great variety of cider and fruit blends. Fun little stop

I'll admit that the cider is delicious and we were lured into buying and shipping cider. The cider was never received and communicating with this company was virtually impossible, They never answer the phone and take weeks to respond to any emails. Trying to get my money back through the credit card company. I would NOT recommend anyone do business with this company.

The beautiful little shop had nobody to help us because the very nice kid there was too busy trying to teach the younger teenagers to do their work. It just wasn't anything like what we'd hoped after having been to so many cider mills before, and especially in Cashmere of all places. The cider was not freshly pressed but bottled. Though we got their most expensive and regular types, and they had a very nice flavor, it was just not fresh. We also paid for a apple butter milkshake that was supposed to have homemade icecream. It was just junk ice cream and for the cost was very very small. Don't expect much. We were the ONLY customers there and had to wait a long long while.

The young woman who helped us taste test the cider was friendly. This place also features guest cabins. It is a little bit of an effort to get here, but there are signs to guide the traveler at every turn; it would help to have your passengers keep an eye pealed for them.

Interesting variety of ciders but very expensive. The people who work there are very nice. Probably worth a visit.

Decided to take a drive to the cider mill late Sunday afternoon, and although we got their a few minutes before they were closing they offered us a full tasting of their various ciders, including a Lavender Apple Cider that I just loved. When we got their, many of their desserts and pastries were sold out so get there early to enjoy their cider treats.

We felt that this place had an 'artificial flavor' to it and we just didn't buy into the dust and ruffles theme that felt like a big box store unpacked. We were hoping for more of an authentic country kitchen/general store feel. The drive to and from, unfortunately, was dismal. The product? Not good enough for our expectations and we were really excited about the adventure and tasting wonderful cider! I wouldn't purchase the cider because it just wasn't crisp and tasty. Sorry to say because I love Cashmere and hope for local shops to succeed. There was a nice outdoor area that looked like a good setting for a picnic.

We don't know how the Cashmere Cider Mill's venture into hard cider will fare, as it was not being offered to taste in the very attractive shop and tasting room. We are fans of hard cider and natural/unflavored cider, preferably unpasteurized. We thought the prices on plastic jugs of fresh (but pasteurized) ciders were OK, but we thought $12.95 for 750 ml of a flavored cider was a bit high, even for a gift bottle. We prefer the sparkling ciders for that purpose, and they are priced much less. On the other hand, a gift of blackberry or other special flavored cider might be the perfect gift for someone you know, If you are in the area, do take the short drive just outside of central Cashmere to visit. You will find a warm reception and a cute store with many unique gift items.

not to far out of the way, but it was fun learning about how they run the cider mill. Marsha Green the owner was extremely helpful in our tour and educating us about her culinary expertise.and telling us about classes she hold there. The Barn gallery was really neat to see, loved the apple butter shake and outside seating, also another neat suggestion she had she rents out place on site. That would be wonderful to take classes, stay on site tour the facility and orchard. Wonderful information

This place is so dang cute. You get to drive through cute little Cashmere, through the orchard, to the Tasting room. Abigail greeted us and we got to try the Apple, Pear, Huckleberry and Lavender blends. The Huckleberry was our favorite and we left with a couple bottles. The place is so charming. If you are ever near the area, you have to make the visit!

Buy your cider here if you want...but don't utilize Canyon Hideaway" for lodging! Web site was deceptive and misleading. Hot tub has been down for years, "house" is actually TWO units, so you WILL NOT BE ALONE, there was a rodent in the duct work and a mouse in THE BED! Oh, and the "fully stocked" house didn't have T.P. so bring your own consumables! Not worth the money, that is for sure!

I dragged my family to Cashmere Cider Mill to satisfy my curiousity - what makes it special to be mentioned in "Food Lover's Guide to the Cascade Loop. When we got there shortly after Sunday noon, we were the only ones there, which created an "oh-oh" on my mind. However, the host - Marsha a.k.a. Lady Blush warmly welcomed us in. She was a very gracious host who is passionate and knowledgable about ciders and Cashesmere, WA! The ciders and their many combination were interestin, high quality and really good tasting. I was pleasantly surprised that my often critical and frugal husband decided to purchase a whole box of ciders! We have since been loving those ciders (they are all good) and have been giving them as gifts as well.

We visited with a tour group and got a great tour along with a generous helping of apple pie and ice cream to accompany opur cider sampling. Great pie, great cider, great coffee, and great people.

Locating the cider mill is a challenge, but the pay off is great!!! This rustic space and the people were warm and inviting. We left with several bottles of this wonderful cider. We plan to serve the cider during the holidays. Glad we discovered Cashmere Cider Mill. We now have another reason travel to Cashmere!
