This is a nice casino. I would come for dinner and a drink but I would limit my gaming here. The slots are pretty tight with very few bonuses or wins.

we enjoyed the gambling and dinner at 13 Moons. The Dealers were fun and the casino was clean. Dinner was ok but there's nothing like California cooking. I would eat there again if I was a hotel guest.

Had another nice stay at Swinomish. Had a bay room. We come here typically a few times a year as they send us comped rooms. The room is good sized. It is nice having a mini fridge/freezer in the room. Most hotels dont have this. The bed was so so. Not the best but ok. The tv has endless channels which you rarely get a casino hotel since they want you spending money in the casino. I like that we can relax and watch pretty much anything on the tv.The casino is smaller but i like it. I wish there were ticket redemption machines, all over but there arent. You must go to the cashier to cash out. There is self service coffee and soda. My only sugggestions is some type of a coffee stand. That would be nice to have. If you play in the casino make sure you get a players card. its great for those free room offers. :)

This is a typical casino. It is what you make it. We were there for New Years and they made it fun. Hats, horns, balls, balloons, live music. The place was packed and a little too smoky for a non smoker. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Merry Christmas to us. Most of the staff here are top notch. Then we get surprised by a bucket of stupid. Not to mention a bucket of pig slop coming out of the kitchen disguised as breakfast.The server in the sports bar with the personality of a compost pile; he needs to go back to server school and learn the basics, smile and communicate. "Hi, I'm xyz and I'll be your server today!" "I'm sorry your gravy tasted like spoiled library paste with bits of pig dung crumbles, and I'm sorry I brought you burnt toast of the wrong type to go with your hash browns that are cooked on the outside and cold in the middle" I'm also sorry I didn't check back with you sooner to see if your food was okay or if you needed more coffee". "Can I get you something else instead? Don't worry about this stuff, I'll take it off your bill" would be a good start.Mr. Server, I could practically see the wheels in your head spinning as you tried to figure out what to do. Here's a suggestion; ask your boss if it's okay for the kitchen staff to be getting high before work. Oh, and while you're at it, ask the executive chef where he gets used library paste for the gravy. It might be cheaper to develop a recipe with a little flavor and " make it your own" instead of relying on a product from a rendering plant in China. And speaking of bland, where do you get the awesome discount sausages? Are they leftovers from the local nursing home?Step it up people. Get rid of the institutional food. Get some training. Stop getting stoned before and during work. Learn how, then take pride in putting out awesome food and superior service. High five each other at the end of the work day and go home knowing people really appreciate the hard work you put in, instead of knowing you're slinging dried up cow patty burgers to a bunch of losers like me in a casino.And managers and execs? Quit looking at the bottom line and give your people the tools and responsibility they need to succeed, and for cripes sakes, treat them like PEOPLE. Oh, also...Managers and execs? Make yourself available online to attend to your negative reviews, and LISTEN to your guests for GOOD ideas on what you can do to make their stay more enjoyable, then ACT on those ideas!

The lodge is gorgeous! Stay in the suites, they are so spacious and beautiful, you will be happy to have spent the money, plus the view is to die for, especially when the sun is shinning! I have stayed there several times, the lodge service has been wonderful, and very pleasant!Go there!

Loved it all, the great room, wonderful beds, good service and nice people. The reservation woman, Paula, was especiallyhelpful and made our trip so great.

We were put out in dry dock the first night because the RV park was full. Which turned out to be OK because it had a wonderful view and the boats came right by us on the water. Loved it. But when we wanted to stay another night out in dry dock they said we couldn't because if the RV park isn't full, you have to pay for the full hookups. We didn't want to move, so we paid the full hookup price and just stayed in dry dock. Just beware of that one different little rule. We thought it was strange. Essentially you are telling potential customers to move on....you might want to rethink that.

Good food in the sports bar. Non-smoking section, lots of entertainment. Slots, cards, keno, etc. Nice that its connected to a lodge as well

The rooms are quite spacious and nice and the beds are super comfortable. I loved sitting in the big chairs looking out to the water and watching the boats go by as the sun was setting. Only thing I didn't care for is the shower head, which was really high and had a nice rain feel to it but with long hair it was a little time consuming to get the shampoo out. Not a deal breaker by any means, just the only thing I could possibly say wasn't perfect. Well that and the fact that my luck wasn't so good at the casino.......maybe next time :)

After visiting the casino a couple of times and not enjoying it, we were offered a special hotel rate and decides to try again. We were very pleasantly surprised. The Bay View room was lovely, the scenery beautiful and we were able to watch eagles and herons outside our window.The casino, too, was a welcome surprise and we enjoyed it so much, we'll be returning.

Eat, smoke, gamble and drink at the bar! This very rare these days but we notice casino goers appear to like all of these.

It had a smoking and non smoking area. Casual dining restaurant and upscale restaurant upstairs. On the bay in a nice wood bldg with indian motif. Cheapest gas at chevron next door

Went for our Anniversary... Loved the room...had a Bay-side view. It was lovely. Everyone that works there were very friendly and were able to answer our questions. Going back again Oct 2014. Even did pretty good in the Casino. Had a wonderful time touring the area as well.
