Well groomed golf course and great little cabins with fantastic views. About 1/2 hour from Williston. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The course is really nice. I cant believe they sold out to the oilfield and created a trailer park right behind the clubhouse?? looks crappy!

Reminds me of Scotland. A links style course on the North Dakota prairie. The course is in great shape. The staff is friendly and helpful. A particularly good value and worth the trip.

spent the time years ago (pre boom) driving from dickinson to what was once called Red Mike and was glad i did. Great views of missouri river/lake sakakawea on this links-style course. the lay out was fun/interesting. I would like to do it again some time but it would take a blow to the head to get me to drive up into that oilfield mess these days.

British style links course!!! Greens are big and fast especially when the wind blows. Worth the trip to get there. You won't regret it.....

I played this course on a calm, non-windy Sunday. It was a long drive from Watford City, having to go around the lake. Arrived around noon and was immediately impressed how green the course was. I purchased the "Triple Challenge", which I would recommend even if you are only going to play two of the three courses (Links, Bully Pulpit, Hawktree).I was a single who was paired with a two-time club champion who helped guide me through the tough layout. If it had been windy, would have lost a dozen balls. It was the best-kept course I've ever played on. With Lake Sakakawea full and boats out in force, couldn't find better scenery. Staff was nice and helpful. If you find yourself within a hundred miles, make sure to go, most wouldn't believe it is North Dakota. Talk about a hidden gem.
