We are Vinos, but a new to wine person will learn so much. Start here for Napa. We learned a ton of great info from CJ and feel much smarter about food and wine. Blending experiements are super fun, and we are really pleased with our private label blend. A must do in Napa!!!

My friend and I used the wine and food pairing class groupon. We had a fantastic time! The winery is small but very pretty. I have been to a few wine and food pairings - but this is the first time I really learned a lot. They place one plate in front of you which holds around 8 different types of tastes - bitter, sweet, tart, savory etc. You then try 6 or so wines with the food, noting how each wine affects the taste. The wine was very good I should add. Our host was Bob and he was very knowledgeable and entertaining! We had a lot of fun. I definitely recommend a visit there.

CJ knew a ton of wine and spread her wisdom well. Plus the wine was absolutely delicious. I learned how different types of foods compliment wines. And they gave us a free bottle of their tasty white dessert wine.

We were recommended to start our winery tour at Judd's Hill by our Airbnb hosts, and they called to get us a reservation for a wine tasting. We were not disappointed - it was a fantastic way to start the day! Our host was incredibly hospitable and welcoming, always making us feel attended to and sharing his knowledge of the wines and wine-making process. The wines were great - our favorite was the Sauvignon Blanc, which paired so well with the uncharacteristically warm day. Overall a really incredible experience - we loved the small, craft feel of the winery and sitting outside on the patio overlooking the picturesque vineyards. Would definitely recommend Judd's Hill as a stop along your Napa wine tour!

My wife and I visited Judd's Hill and at first didn't know what to expect. Todd greeted us as we walked up to the door and we immediately knew we were in for a great experience. Todd gave us a tour and explained what we would be doing in our wine blending adventure. We heard great stories, learned how to blend and then fill, cork and cap our special Valentine's Day blend. We would DEFINITELY recommend Judd's Hill to anyone. We will be visiting them again soon.

This place was definitely a great find! I bought the groupon for the wine and food pairing class for a bachelorette weekend for my friend. We absolutely loved the class with CJ. The bride to be said it was the best experience. She and I actually both ended up joining the wine club. It is a small winery but the wine is delicious. I can't wait to go back again!

My husband and I did the wine and food pairing. Our guide, CJ, was terrific, knowledgeable, informative, and kind. We are novices in the wine world and she was great in giving us guidance without being condescending at all. It's a lovely little spot.

We were driving on Silverado Trail and stopped by Judds Hill to kill a couple of hours while waiting for our lunch reservation at Morimoto. We learned that tastings were by appointment only, but the gentleman in front was nice enough to find us a table outside. The setting is beautiful and the selection of wine was nice. I recommend Judds Hill for a nice relaxed tasting overlooking a nice Napa Vineyard. Remember to call and make an appointment.

I live and work in the Napa Valley and love wine, I've been to quite a few winery's in my time and tasted some of the best wines the valley has to offer. while driving home one day I pass Judd's Hill this is a small quaint location, it sits back off the road on Silverrado trail. Now as I said I have had the opportunity to indulge in some pretty magnificent wines. But I have never had a wine that has such a clean finish with the most pleasant brightness as the wines at Judd's. very affordable and one of the best kept secrets you must visit and enjoy the wonderful wines that are produced there! PS. They also offer a private label create your own wine program as well as a wine pairing class.Great staff!!! Thanks,David Friday

We were looking for a place in Napa to taste some local wine and see some vineyards. Judd's Hill took our reservation that day and we got to taste our wine while looking out over the grapes that made the wine we were drinking! Our tasting guide was funny and helpful. After asking tons of questions, our guide let us look through the aging room and showed us the wine making process. Overall a great visit and great wine.Recommendations: BBQ sauce and Zinfandel
