Tacky upselling on food and drink combos.I was told that ''there is only a limited amount of popcorn tubs/drink cups available at the special discount price...''i was asked for my id not for my credit card usage but to prove my age for the senior discount.This could be a form of discrimination similar to the profiling that Dennys was in trouble for.

The location is great for us. There are a couple more Cinemark's in this area, but this one is the best!

Recently remodeled, this theater has most of the modern features you want to find. It is attached to a mall and is easily accessible from the freeway. It is just fine for a suburban city.

We were waiting on our car to be serviced by a local car dealer and wanted to see a movie that was out. We had the dealer drop us off at the Mall of Victor Valley and we went to the Cinemark 16 Victorville to catch the show. This theater has discounted prices for matinees so the price was very reasonable. The concessions were good however, the butter flavored oil that they provided for the popcorn was tasteless and disgusting. The theater was moderate sized and clean. The seats were fairly comfortable though rather straight-backed with little recline function. I would recommend this location if you are in the area and want to get out of the heat to catch a show. However, avoid the not-so-butter flavored oil on your popcorn.
