vallejo farmers market

We make the farmers market our first stop on saturday,because we don't have to work that day. All types of stores selling real antiques,fake antiques,vintage items,clothing,art works,restaurants,crafts,too much to mention here.CHECK IT OUT!!!

We're "frequent fliers" at the farmers' market here. It's on Saturday mornings (until 1 pm) only and not year-round, but when it's going, it's the best place around to get fresh produce and certain specialty items.There's a great selection of local greens, fruits & veggies, ethnic varieties, as well as some nice specialty booths with baked goods, artisan cheeses and such at fairly down-to-earth prices. We've also seen honey, homemade soap and other goodies. There's live music, some prepared food (BBQ chicken & sausages), and they've gotten rid of most of the "junk" vendors.We especially love the heirloom tomatoes and Filipino cupcakes.

A small but very complete and fun farmer's market. Everything you could want from any kind of fresh seasonal produce to some more hard to find items like Lemon Grass, Pluots (sp?) and beautiful orchids. Good food and music as well and a friendly diverse crowd. Give it an hour or two.

Fresh produce and lots of it, this is where you will meet your neighbor and catch up on what is going on in the community, local entertainment and trafic free area make it the place to be.
