This is an amazing. must see playground. I actually helped build it, and am very proud of how it turned out. It is an ALL INCLUSIVE playground where able bodied and special needs kids can play side by side.

This is a unique playground representing the Salinas Valley with artwork and garden. The playground is for all children and my 6 year old grandson loves playing here. A lot of different levels to climb, hang, run, slide and walk on. If you are traveling through Salinas with kids and they need to run off some energy--this is a good stop in central location behind the Rodeo grounds. Picnic benches, toilets and water are available. And it's Free.

My daughter and her family were here to visit from So. Cal and we went to this park for the first time. My granddaughter just loved it. Those who were involved in the construction of this playground were nothing short of phenomenal. There's so many play areas for the kid to run and jump and play. It also has a solemn feel to it because of all those whose names are there from donors remembering their loved ones. Beautiful park. It's definitely a welcome attraction to Salinas.

This gem of a park is hidden somewhere near the center of Salinas. It is the fruit of the heroic efforts of hundreds of volunteers who decided to make an investment in a city many people have written off. It's worth it to find it and celebrate the good people CAN DO if they choose to

I love this park. I only take my son to Tatum's Garden and he loves it there. Every time we go he's excited like it's his first time. Always plenty kids and many benches for parents to seat near every area of the playground. AWESOME JOB!!
