rocklin golf club

I have played this course for the past 20 + years...on and off. It has reached a all time low! The condition of the facility and golf course are terrible. The new owner has abused the property and even though the rates are low it is not worth the visit if you are an average or better golfer. I will not be returning unless fellow golfers tell me that conditions have changed and greatly improved, sad to say!

This place was better than the reviews I read about it. Since it was pretty close to the hotel I was staying at I came to this place and I found it pretty well maintained and the food was good as well I would recommend to everyone that visits the rocklin area.

Very nice well kept golf course and clubhouse. Food was pretty darn good for the price. It was basic clubhouse variety stuff, dogs, burgers and such. Very inexpensive drinks as well.

This course is one of the original courses in the greater Rocklin/ Lincoln area. It was originally called :Sunset Whitney Country Club and was private. It went public a few years ago and continues to struggle.The facilities are worn and show their age. The course itself is low average.The pace of play is horrible. They cater to an older crowd who clog the course from front to back. The fact that the course management packs the Tee sheet does not help the situation. If you are visiting the area I would only play here as a last resort. There are many other great area courses that beat this place in every regard. The Ridge, Whitney Oaks, Timber Creek to name a few.
