我昨天打开了一瓶Cooper Sangiovese后,就被促使着写了这篇点评。这瓶葡萄酒是2009年所采摘葡萄酿制,我们在2012年7月20日去参观这家葡萄酒庄时购买的。这瓶葡萄酒很不错,橡木味道充足,带有淡淡的烟味。很多次我都是买完酒回家一尝,就纳闷自己当时想什么呢,但是这一次我选得很好。我记得Cooper是我们行程上最先去的一家葡萄酒庄,员工十分和气、乐于帮忙,告诉我们哪一家葡萄酒庄值得去,哪一家应避免。Cooper是一家稳定、经营有道的葡萄酒庄,生产的葡萄酒是这一带最好的。一定要去参观。

在一个美丽的环境有库珀一贯极棒的葡萄酒,供人免费品尝。酿酒师走出来,花时间回答各种问题,教给我们关于酒的知识。他对酿造极棒的葡萄酒的热情是显而易见的,这也在每一瓶酒上看的出来。

Cooper's 的巴贝拉(葡萄品种)红酒很值得一品,他们的维欧尼耶(Viognier)也如此。这里几乎全部红酒都不错,但真正出彩的还是巴贝拉。这里比别的地方卖得贵,但品质绝对好。

我们会经常带朋友来这里。这是山脚下比较好的一座酒窖之一,有各式各样的品种。Dick Cooper以他的葡萄和很多酒窖闻名。服务员一直都非常友好,知识丰富。周末的时候品酒室会变得比较拥挤。

不仅仅是在阿玛多尔县,在很多品酒屋你都会听到库伯这个名字的。有很多理由来这里,最终的原因还是这里有很棒的红酒。过去几年间我们来过这里四趟,从来没有失望过。桑娇维塞葡萄酒的品质卓越极了。

Cooper Vineyards was our fourth stop on our second day of wine tasting in Amador County. Based on our positive experience, we will move it up and visit it again with a somewhat fresher palate the next time we go. Even when you space out several tastings in a given day, and limit the number of wines you sample at each winery, you still have the potential to exhaust your taste buds. Even with a small dose of wine fatigue, my wife and I enjoyed the wines, the tasting room, and the beautiful surroundings at Cooper Vineyards. The setting of the winery is among the most beautiful of those we visited during our three-day visit, and we look forward to a future picnic there with a seemingly endless view. The tasting room is tastefully done, and the tasting area that we were at would likely accommodate 8-10 comfortably at the bar. There is room to wander, and so larger groups could also be accommodated, but note that parties of 7 or larger require a reservation. On a Tuesday, we were fortunate to be the only ones visiting. Tastings are complementary, and snacks are available that are intended to refresh your palate. The tasting room staff was very friendly and made an effort to find answers to a number of questions that we posed. It was a very pleasant interaction that we both enjoyed. My wife and I share a fondness for big flavorful red wines. Of the reds that we sampled, three stood out: the 2012 Barbera ($28), the 2012 Syrah ($26) and the bottled, but not yet released 2012 Zinfandel. We were told that the Zin would be released on May 7, 2015. We look forward to not only sampling it again, but also buying some.

Staff is well versed and knowledgeable about wines. If they're not sure about a certain, they refer to their tasting notes. Today was quite visual with club pick ups, however staff was able to handle the number of people quite easily. Light snacks are provided ( carrots, cheese, pretzels today). Easy parking and accessibility for handicapped. Chair is readily available. Wines well crafted. Staff able to handle special requests easily.s great area for picnicking.

We were referred to this winery by Erin at Renwood. The lady was very helpful and informative. We enjoyed talking with her. We bought some Barbara and Primitivo. She also gave us ideas for making thanksgiving gravy with wine.

We first encountered Cooper wines at a hosted barbeque. One of the Cooper representatives was pouring there. She had one bottle of wine left when we were all asked to be seated. I rushed over to ask if I could buy this amazing Alacante Bouschet she had left. She said she could not sell it to me, but would give it to me on the agreement that we would come up to the winery some time. Well, the folks at our table were floored and loved the wine. And the next day we went up to the winery to thank this rep that had been so nice. And we tried all of the other wines and have been club members since. You just can't get much better wine in California than Cooper. It's a little more pricey than some of the others, but still it's so good! They have great wine, great staff and a really large, lovely tasting room.

I recently had my 2nd visit to Cooper Vineyards. I'm from WI, and was visiting my kids that live in the area. Cooper is my favorite of all the wineries in the area. The place is great, and the staff is awesome! Everyone is so friendly - from Dick Cooper himself, to his daughters, to the rest of the staff. We love Michelle that works there also. She is so much fun, and so very knowlegeable when it comes to the wines! I joined the wine club when I was there last week. I can't wait to start ordering their wines to have here in WI, and to help bring back the wonderful memories of this terrific place!

This is an Amador Winery that is a must see! They have some amazing red wines that are so delicious. The staff is very friendly and well versed in the wens they are pouring!

I have always enjoyed the wines made from this great ranch no matter who is making it. Almost all of the best Barbara in California is made from grapes grown at the Cooper Ranch.

We stopped in on a recommendation to this amazing winery. They were having a club member appreciation feast, we were just first timers to this winery. You would never know we were not part of this membership!! Customer service and amazingly terrific wine are their first priority. This is a must stop, must join winery !! Thank you Casey for all your help and great advice for a truly amazing first trip to Amador County.

This is our favorite stop on our trip to wine country. The staff is super friendly. Hugs and everything when we walk in the door. Great wine as well. I definitely recommend this winery!

Cooper Winery is a great family winery in the Plymout area in Amadir County close to Sacramento. The wines are very good and the free tastings are always fun because the staff is very friendly.
