If they don't have the information you need... they will find it for you. They are THAT GOOD! Several languages (German, Spanish and French) aare attempted to make sure that every guest is satisfied with the information received.

Stop here to find out all you need to know about your visit to Yosemite. The staff are overwhelmingly knowledgeable and friendly. They really do help in any way they can - from tickets, parking spots, places to see, restaurants etc. etc.

we learned a lot from the people who where behind the counter about the parc. There where road working at the time, and we had to wait a long time to go to our destination. But the roadwork had to be done.

It is always worth stopping at the visitor's centers. The staff are always knowledgeable and well prepared to provide guidance and local experiences. In addition, we have found the USPS staff to always be very friendly.

well staffed, very helpful. Before you go anywhere in the park start at the visitors center. The people are friendly and very patient.

These ladies were loaded with great information and so helpful. We had an event at paradise springs for the weekend and they were so helpful with surrounding places and things to do.

Exhibits well done, but they barely scratch the surface of what could be explained about the geology and history of the area.

Traveling with a 30 year old adult son in a wheelchair. A strong man and we are very flexibleThe front gate gave us the information we needed the visitor center did not seem to know much about access We had a great time in Yosemite in general. Many of the paths are too steep to travel in a chair safely for most. My son did it anyways and his hands took the break punishment. New gloves are needed. You can drive to many places like mirror lake and happy isles following the shuttle bus routes on the property and they.have wheelchair parking when you get there The NPS has a handout online listing the wheelchair accessFor mariposa grove of big trees they will let you follow the tour bus in your car. You can pay for the audio tour radio and hook it into your car stereo. It was great! To get to some things it was too narrow or too steep for the chair Son would then get out of chair and scoot on ground as we carried his chair for him The park service is very accommodating Yeah!

The people running this center are very knowledgeable and can help you plan your day in the park. We were able to gain materials for our time in Yosemite, plus we obtained gifts for family and ourselves to help us remember the trip.

Yosemite was beautiful and it was easy to drive through various sections of the park. The folks that live and work there were very helpful and kind. Loved the hiking trail and the trees were beautiful. Wish I had more time to explore.

Staff is friendly and helpful, but the information not always clear. Leaflets are verbose and not always helpful, and a better organisation of all options is much needed (e.g. a concise presentation of trails, points of interest, routes, walking/driving times, bus times, etc. on ONE leaflet only).
