Flow thru Five tunnels along the way: you wear a helmet with a light on it, but in one tunnel they turn the lights off so you can experience it in the dark (Not good for claustrophobics). Everyone else on the tour was laughing & having a wonderful easy-going time, however I kept spinning uncontrollably (think Tea Cup ride at Disneyland) as I caromed off the jagged tunnel walls & my tube got gashed. Guide was there immediately with a new tube for me & ditch is only 3' deep. Still, a "once in a lifetime" experience, meaning Impressive, but I personally wouldn't do it more than once. Fun for those under 60 yrs. Book early, they sell out.
