Great Shows for such a little town. The theater is old but they do a great job with the sets. Lots of energy always a lot of fun

Sometimes this group gets in over their head (not enough bench strength to do Big River, I think) but generally does a good job with light musicals. However, the only restrooms are backstage and require stair climbing. I have seen a wheelchair user there in this small theater from the age of vaudeville, so I know it's possible.

The San Benito Stage Company is a wonderful organization committed to bringing quality theater to our community while educating and encouraging people of all ages to sharpen their fine arts skills. Keep posted because this company will soon be offering acting, singing, dancing and audition workshops to help prepare everyone to be involved. There is a teen show, an adult dinner theater, a spring kid's show and a summer family, all ages production. This is a friendly, talented and truly caring group of people.

I am talented and am ready to be commited to them but they never ever picked me there was a play that was ages 13to 18 and I auditioned for a dancing part instead the chorogerphors daughter got it and she's only 12 . They. Only pick there favorites . Good luck .
