My wife and I went out for a spontaneous date and found ourselves at Lucchesi's tasting room. We sat down in some comfortable chairs and had a glass of delicious wine. There was live music and the feel of the place was just wonderful. I will absolutely be there again and I would encourage you to give it a try as well.

Grass Valley has a BUNCH of shops and restaurants but here is a different GEM! Such a great feel to this tasting room. Open from 11am until ....? The wines are all produced in small batches - original and just very "welcoming". GO, sit, sip, talk about the wine. It is a pleasant, warm, inviting environment. Oh, and if you purchase anything (which you should) then the tasting fee is waived. Ahhhhhh....

Our date night stop, beautiful comfy atomospere, great people and a beautiful owner her attitude about her wine showed in its taste. We tried it all and settled on the the blend. We enjoyed Lucchesi and we will be back. Thanks again!

We stopped by for some wine tasting and found ourselves fall in love with the wine. We ended up staying a few hours drinking wine and chatting with the owners and employees.The owners and employees were very friendly and helpful, it was a great and relaxing experience.

This is worth a couple of hours time and vintner and wife are pleasant. Wine is great so be prepared for wantin to buy all variatiers at this smallish winery (a god thing).
