Let's start with the fact we had a deal through travel zoo so I'm always on a budget. We stayed at Ashland Hills suites which is less than 5 miles away. On our arrival they had lost our reservations. They did find us a table right where the music was playing and we were a little skeptical secondary to the fact we had a infant with us. The music was great with a very good artist who sang and played guitar. The food was really good but they were out of the steamer clams and substituted prawns which were tasty. The wife had beef cheeks which were juicy and tender. The problem was we got our appetizer about 30 minutes after we ordered and then the main dinner came about 10 minutes after that. We had a nice tasting of their wines which held some really good notes of flavor and were really good. The problem was our desserts never really showed up. We needed to go because the meal had taken over two hours. The desserts when we grabbed them to go had all melted and turned into sugar sludge. The service as a little short staffed but the problem was that they weren't very efficient and you could see they would stand and talk with dinners for 5mins at a time. It's very Euro esque way of dining just doesn't fit well with the way most Americans approach their dinning experience's. I think they just need more time to get better at their service and work on the timing of their meals as they send out the courses.

We happened upon this winery while scanning the local newspaper for activities. What a find!Belle Fiore Estate & Winery is magnificent; then there's the French Chateau perched out in the vineyard. Amazing architecture. Belle Fiore offer full dining Wed-Sunday. All meals are marvelously paired with their wines. Live Music Thur-Sat. Sunday Brunch. We love the 2012 Soulspire blend. We ordered the Beef Cheeks on Cauliflower/horseradish compote AND the Winter Vegetable puvee resting on white beans and quineau . Best Meal in months. If you don't want dinner, order desert and wine, or just an appetizers. The waiters & bar hosts are charming.Belle Fiore will be a regular outing for us and our guests.

Belle Fiore is not like any other winery I have seen. My husband said the building is on par with Napa Valley. It is a stunning property. They are still working on the grounds but over it is just stunning. We went on a recommendation of friend who had been there for a wedding. We went on a Saturday jazz night. Ordered appetizer and a bottle of wine. It was okay. They have a really neat overlook into the wine making area. This is really neat! I love the décor of the building. So elegant and opulent! The appetizer was very pricy. We ordered a antipasto plate. It was very skimpy and was just barely for 2. The red wine was okay. Our server was not familiar with wine and was perhaps just relating what she read on the label. From what we heard they have just started serving food full time. So I would go back, especially in the spring! View would be amazing! Try the food and do a wine sampling!

we went up to the chateau for a tour. Didn't know the house was occupied by a family so only got a tour of a few rooms downstairs. We had a tasting there but tastings are also available down below and we would probably not go to the chateau again since we felt we were invading the privacy of the family. There was a Hawaiian group playing the music on the terrace which added to the ambiance. We all ordered different items from the dinner menu and everyone enjoyed. All the staff were friendly and efficient. This is a very nice place to eat and enjoy the sunset. Probably not a good idea on a night when you have a play at OSF.since it's a good ways out of town.

Recently went with some girlfriends to this winery but this time for lunch as I had heard the food there was truly outstanding! We had lunch on the terrace at the Pavilion area of the winery, the views were so serene and with the sweeping viewsof Ashland down below it was really spectacular. I ordered the Artisanal cheese and Charcuterie Board, and when it arrivedwe were amazed at the wonderful selection of cheeses, Italian meats and fruit plus homemade bread, truly a wonderfulselection for $12.00, and it was delicious, perfect to go with my glass of wine! My friend ordered the chicken dish, and ithad wonderful flavors plus very nice size portions as well. For a laid back afternoon, this is a great place to go with friends, do a little wine tasting, or to have lunch or dinner.A visit up to the Chateau afterwards is a must, for more wine tastings . You can sit outside on their beautiful patio area and take in the wonderful views or sit inside the tasting room and look at all the intricate details that went into building this beautiful winery, it'sfun to walk all around the grounds up there, with the water features and pond down below. Check on the hours before heading up there, as the Chateau's hours are different from the Pavilions hours.

Belle Fiore is a fantastic spot to stop for a tasting and a snack. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, the wine is great (the rose is a must) and the views are stunning. The facility itself is over-the-top luxurious, but it almost teeters on the line of "Las Vegas Tacky." They're not quite there yet, though. Relaxing on the Pavilion patio with a glass of wine overlooking the southern Rogue Valley is quite the amazing experience, though. Love it!

We tasted at this winery during our recent visit to Ashland. It is located up on the beautiful hills with amazing views. The service was great and we enjoyed our Premium tasting with a wonderful cheese tray. It was family friendly which was a plus!

This winery is a must visit and is located in the Ashland Hills. The views are so nice and the building is just beautiful. Be sure to look at all the rooms. The flights of wine are served in a tower stand if you wish, and we had the 7.00 tasting and shared the wine. There is a tasting room downstairs but taste upstairs instead as there is an outside patio with Ashland views and a small view of Mt. Ashland too. The estate building wasn't open when we were there which is located on a higher hill and it looks like a castle and looks stunning. Check the hours of both before you go as they are not open every day, and they have music on Friday nights. Even if the estate building is not open it is worth it just to go and see the main building. The drive is nice and it is an easy short drive from Interstate 5.

Tacky isn't even a big enough word. The wine is very good and the people there all very welcoming and knowledgable but ohmigod the building could not more inappropriately scream 'VEGAS!' if it was bedazzled. Fibre glass columns, fergodsakes, at least one of them already fallen apart and the rest held together with straps while the parking lot isn't finished yet. Go for the very good wine. That is all.

This is a new winery, and you may well enjoy the ambience. BTW ... the address is Dead Indian: I would hate you to be misdirected.

Southern Oregon wineries are flourishing these days, but none have yet to enter the market with such an impressive Estate Chateau (and residence) and a Wine Tasting Pavilion that are absolutely amazing in their grandeur, design and location! And if that weren't enough, their wines are also pretty special. The Kerwin Family has really put together a special facility in the Wine Tasting Pavilion and connected wine-making facilities, which have event rooms and and outdoor areas associated with this location, as well as the opulent Chateau and adjoining patio and Belle Fiore Gardens...which look to be ideal for major outdoor gatherings like weddings, family re-unions, etc...If you have not yet visited Belle Fiore, you simply must experience it yourself and put it at the top of your "discover Southern Oregon" to-do list!!!
