Our experience was a docent guided review of information, historical items, and photography of local early railroad development and experiences. The non profit museum is part of the Troutdale Historical Society. If you have a docent, be sure to inform as to how much time you have to spend. The instruction can get lengthy but it is so very interesting. A little store has low priced souvenirs and unique books relative to the history. The venue is on the smaller side, requires the use of stairs, and there are no food or drinks on site for sale but the town is just up the street.
