Something for everyone at Baumans, I love their baked goods, especially the pie squares. The fresh donuts drop off the machine and are handed to you still hot and delicious. They have a good selection of produce, much of it grown there. You can buy flowering plants and fruit and vegetable plants. They have a great selection of flowering baskets for Mother's day. The harvest festival in October has so many fun activities for the kids and don't miss the apple tasting with so many different kinds of apples.

A true hidden gem and one of the best and most diverse farmers markets and nurseries I have seen in Oregon. Quality and freshness are excellent.

Bauman Nursery is a true treasure and gold mine for gardeners of all kinds. The property itself is within a half hour drive of the Portland Metro area and is worth the time to make the trip. There are not only a vast array of planters...both potted and hanging as well as numerous annuals and perennials to choose from. In addition to the two different buildings with the garden items is a produce and bakery outlet that features almost exclusively local products and a cooler that provides frozen pork, sausage and lamb products. There is a well developed kids area that will keep the young ones occupied while the adults do the shopping. Anyone who works in the yard will have an amazing time walking around and checking out all Bauman Farms has to provide.

Como o dia estava programado para compras no Premium Outlets que só abre as 10:00, resolvi procurar algo em Woodburn pra fazer antes das compras. Como é uma região bem agrícola, descobri uma fazenda que tem um mercado com diversos produtos e plantas, bem legal. Tem muita variedade e muitas estufas com plantas, um belo jardim e parquinho e fazendinha pras crianças. Vale a pena dar uma passada lá e garimpar as coisas gostosas, inclusive com degustação. Adorei !!!

O Oregon é um estado bem agrícola. Visitar as fazendas é bem legal. A menos de 30 km de Salem, esta fazenda é bem grande e tem várias atrações: tem um super parque para crianças, uma fazendinha com animais, cultivo de inúmeras flores e grandes estufas, mercado de flores e mercado de produtos da fazenda, com doces, condimentos, queijos, pães, avelãs, legumes, frutas, artesanato, pipocas, geléias, muita variedade. O difícil é escolher.
