This Old Mill is still doing things like they did 100 years ago. They have plenty of milled grains to choose from and blends to make making bread and other things to make baking fun and good for you. We highly recommend this historical site for great grains and more.

Sight, sound and beauty abound. The history and preservation is inspiring. Gorgeous setting by the water. Shop their country store for the best and most wholesome stoneground products anywhere.

I grew up and still live in Eagle Point Oregon, and this great old mill is a must see. It has changed over the years but not the grinding area and it puts out the best products. You also have the Antelope covered bridge built in 1922 rescued and moved to eagle point in 1987. They also have a historical museum near by.

An old gristmill refurbished selling great grain products and local wines! If you want to step back in history for a moment and take a taste of it home with you this is the place.

This restored old mill along the Butte Creek still has the original grinding stone - now 140 years old! A step back in time, be sure to watch the interesting video about the restoration and unique characteristics of the mill, and take time to see the huge selection of flours and mixes they make, as well as interesting food products from other local merchants. I learned a lot about water rights and how to extend the life of whole grains on my tour.

If you love old west coast history this still running antique water driven mill is a fun place to visit. Loaded with antiques to see as well as a great little shop of products they mill there and other healthier food choice options. Seating outside if you buy a snack. Close to the old covered bridge too.

We were just passing through the Eagle Point area during our two-week Oregon vacation, and I was practically starving to see a historic building, so this fit the bill. Also, they had delicious marionberry sodas and other goodies available. There was a covered bridge right next to the mill which made it a great twofer as far as I was concerned!

unique place to visit, sits on Butte Creek and can see the big wheel turning in the creek that turns the milling wheel. Lots of unique and fun kitchen gadgets in the store along with lots of wonderful whole grains and mixes. spices are fresh and excellent. next door is a museum that has lots of local history and interesting things to see. you can sit outside of the mill and enjoy the rambling of the creek....on Saturdays in the summer there is a Saturday market next to the mill with lots of local farm produce, honey and crafters.

The owners came from Portland to become involved in a small community. The Butte creek Mill is historical landmark in the heart of our city. They have a recording by the owner of the history of BCM. The products are fantastic - the bran muffin mix is delicious. Also the health bar mix is also excellent, you will never see dried herbs like you do here. They turn often so they are 'fresh'. They will order in special spices if you want something they don't carry. Wonderful friendly place to visit on a trip to the Rogue Valley.

This small mill has grown over the past several years into a true piece of history as well as a producer of excellent stone ground products. It's well worth the trip to visit, take a tour and purchase some top quality products.

Our tour guide made this very interesting. Couldn't believe this was actually a working mill with the water running the turbines. The store was full of yummy, great smelling ingredients. Our whole family found it interesting. Only thing to prepare for is if you go on a spring morning, it's cold. Otherwise, enjoy!

What a cool piece of history located just 20 minutes north east of Medford, OR in Eagle Point. The building is loaded full with tons of antiques from the era when the mill was the only flour mill in the area to provide for the area. Tours and welcoming hospitality by the staff is "old town" feeling. Butte Creek Mill does not have a water wheel to turn the grinding stones but a water turbine inside the building. They offer tastings of their products with occasional wine tastings and host other local events as well. The products in the store are awesome and even taste out of this world when you get it home and make it in your kitchen. A great place to visit and see how grain was and still is milled into flour. This is the ONLY water powered flour mill still operating west of the Rocky's if not the 'Ole Miss.

The historic mill is gorgeous; most of the original mechanisms are still intact, and still in use. The Mill store is full of wonderful food and wine, plus it has a pot-bellied stove for heat. The creek is scenic. The town is quaint. And the antique store next door is full of treasures.

I drive miles to make this special trip to the mill. They have so many great things. I can get bulk spices some of which I can't find other places. Their flour is fresh and I always find something new to try. I like the fact that you don't 'have to buy large quantities either.
