My wife and I drove through the wine country in September 2012 and this was our favorite stop. We're not wine snobs but we're also not white zin people. We really like wines from the Piedmont region of Italy and this winery happens to produce Barberas and Nebbiolos in addition to the standard Oregon Pinots. Found the taste and quality of the wines to be on par with the wines we buy from Italy. Prices were very reasonable ($15) unlike what you'll pay in Napa. Loved the wine, bought a couple bottles of Barbera. The staff was really friendly and attentive, not pushy or pretentious, and made us feel like they appreciated us visiting their establishment. Grounds were quaint, great views of the rolling hills. Wonderful place, by far our favorite of the dozen or so that we visited.

Lovely tasing room and really complex red wines ...their syrah is one of Oregon's best.. Just a few steps from Carlton's bigger tasting room where you can also sample wines from a number of area vineyards. Cana's Feast has a nice outdoor eating area if you want to picnic.

We've been to this place at Cuneo Vineyards on a couple of occassions. Small and very intimate room, either adjacent to the tasting room or in the cellar, depends on the fermentation needs of the vineyard.Interesting menu items and personable and down to earth staff.Prices reasonable. You won't be sorry about a visit here.
