alsea falls recreation site

While Alsea Falls is very pretty and you can get very close, it is not well signed. There is another falls a mile away, that I could not find, due to lack of signage. I asked some people that were on the trail and they were not terribly knowledgeable. There is a great amount of camping at the recreation area. It is 10 degrees cooler here than in Corvallis. The drive from Alpine is easy. The trails are well maintained and very natural. I highly recommend it, just hope the forest service makes some signage improvements.
