I enjoy small town museums and this one did not fail. Housed in the old Rock Island Line depot and manned by friendly, knowledgeable ladies this was a very rewarding experience. It is laid out in sections such as railroad, professionals, Natives, cowboys with so many items, well labeled and credited to the donor. There were a number of things outdoors that would have been worth walking around looking at but it was extremely cold but perhaps a visit in warmer weather is possible. If one enjoys the history of the area you are visiting, I highly recommend this museum. Free/donations only. Photos allowed.
