I'm not sure how much longer malls will be around, really, but they have undergone some changes over the years to keep themselves in the mix. Franklin Park mall has plenty of things that will attract the younger folks and enough quality stores and food, etc. to keep the adults coming too. They have made some adjustments over the years to stay fresh, while maintaining that comfortable familiarity that welcomes you back. The kids have a lot of fun there, for sure. The stores are modern. The place is clean. It's a nice mall. Definitely plenty of stores and restaurants of good quality with excellent service. I don't often go mall shopping anymore, but Franklin Park mall is a great choice. High quality all the way around, with ample parking as well. It's a great place to shop.

New rule bans kids without adults. Now has an Apple Store. Overall newer, better stores, feels safe, and is a decent mall. I just need Lush to move in too and I'm set!! Has all of the standard mall stores and getting the better mall stores.

I'm glad, that the Mall has, Management that cares. They are not afraid to approach you, if you are out of line, especially doing something, that is not apart of Mall policy, very diversified Mall, people from different places! However that is what a Mall or Gallery, is for everyone, from Employees to the Customers, the Teenagers can try and learn, to calm down, however I have seen the same, with how Teenagers act, in several different Malls in other States. Nice Mall

I visited this mall today. Went to Dillards. Bought couple of items from IC Collection. It was on sale. The customer service i received at this Dillards was outstanding. I also visited a Chico's store. This Chico' s store is one of the best Chico's around. Great selection of merchandise, outstanding customer service. Everywhere i went, staff were friendly & professional. I wish Dillards store would have a larger selection of stuff. The area is not the most upscale, but it is safe. We went during the week and it wasn't bad, if you know what i mean. Mall has lot's of good brand names stores, such as Coach, Cashe,etc... And they now have WHBM. I would definitely be back if in the area.

Other than rude teenagers everywhere you turned the mall itself is nice. The Food court has nice selection but don't plan on doing any talking it is so loud in that area you have to shout not talk. Oh and watch out for the train.

Formerly known as a Westfield mall, the ownership has changed, and it is back to its original name, The Franklin Park Mall. This is a large mall with three anchor stores. The mall is well maintained. It tends to be exceptionally crowded on weekends and has had problems with rowdy young people on Friday and Saturday nights. The food court is large and provides a variety of cuisines through its quick service restaurants. The mall has a very nice Irish pub.

It's a nice mall with the anchor store you can expect. JCP, Macy's, Dick's etc. Good size food court, lots of parking & movie theatre too

I used to love this mall. You could get just about any thing you needed and it felt like a prestigious place. Now, I avoid it like the plague. With the two riots in the food court caused by very unsavory people, I just don't feel safe there. The clientele have become rough and many of the stores are catering to a poorer group of customers. I will not spend my money in this place.

We have awesome stores in our mall, but we don't go there a lot due to the horrible atmosphere. It is very ghetto on weekends. There has been several fights there. If you go, I would recommend going on a weekday-NOT a weekend.

My wife loves to shop at this mall. She tells me that the stores at this mall stocks items similar chain stores in the area may not carry.Try it out for yourself by visiting it.

The mall is located in West Toledo and has had major upgrades since it was built. We do a lot of our shopping there, see movies and eat in several very good restaurants. Be cautious at night where you park and avoid any area where kids are congregating as there have been problems.

This is the mall we generally visit when we want to go on a shopping trip. It is one of the nicer malls I have frequented. It is laid out in a typical elongated cross-shape and it takes a little while to walk from one end to another. Most of the usual suspects are available as far as national chains one would normally find in conventional malls. The anchors include JC Penney, Macy's and Dillard's. There are also a couple of unique shops such as an olive oil store. The mall is always busy so that suggests it is a major magnet for locals. There is a nice theater as the sole occupant of the second floor. The food court is failry complete with some very good choices for lunch or an informal dinner. The Chick-fil-a always features a long line. There are also some decent restaurants in the mall including an Olga's and a B.D.'s Mongolian BBQ. It is a good place to hang out if you want to do some shopping or have a meal.

The mall had a nice variety of stores. Too many kids just hanging out and being loud. The groups made it difficult to just wander the mall because the crowded the way. Typical mall stores. The mall needs ba book store.
