North Market is a great eatery and shopping hub, without the hub-bub...Food vendors offer ethnic flavors as you circle the indoor portion, from Morrocan, to Polish, to Italian, and Brats! Not to mention the homemade soft pretzels, cinnamon waffles, and numerous other choices. Seating upstairs overlooks vendors. A very friendly place, not to mention the fresh fruits, veges and flowers for sale out front. I've visited North Market twice. First time walking from the Hyatt in the Fall (easy walk). The second time from Goodale Park, summertime, a longer but still easy walk.

We have a larger scale farmers market in our area, but I found I like this smaller format better. The layout of the market is perfect, making it easy to see and visit all the vendors. Every vendor is friendly and the variety of items is extensive.Parking is located right in front and reasonable ($1or $2) Nice visit!

Suggestion. If you are at an activity at the convention center and need a quick delicious lunch at a great price with virtually unlimited variety, make the quick trip across the street along Side the Hampton Inn and go to North Market. It's a activity in itself. Great sushi and some best ice cream around and a more nutritious choice than the junk food at the convention center. If there is one activity not to miss downtowns go to the North Market.

I found my way to the North Market in Columbus, Ohio today for lunch. The variety of ethnic and unique foods was terrific. Greek, Jewish, Italian, Asian, Bubble Tea, fresh floral and vegetables. There was something to satisfy everyone's pallet. Beautiful deserts, unique cheeses and fresh butcher meats. Also a fresh fish market. I would recommend. I tried a pretzel stick. It was a bargain for $1.00. Nice downtown location with plenty of parking.

I come here every time I'm downtown. One of the best places in columbus. Always at the meat and the fish counters. Beer and wine are excellent. I bought quail duck rabbit bison meat. I've also bought swordfish sea bass orange roughy squid and octopus tuna lobster crab and their crab cakes salmon cakes and sauces. And I tried different beer and wine every time. Been going there over 25 years gets better every year.

This is a must visit local gem of Columbus. Located conveniently downtown, it makes the visit easy for any tourist. This farmers market has all others beat! When you walk in the front door you are overcome with the vast array of amazing food smells. Make sure to take a walk all the way around the building before you pick out your meal. You will discover so many interesting and diverse foods. Even if you don't get anything to eat, (which I do not know why you wouldn't), the scene is one of a kind and a must see. Fresh bakeries, fresh meat markets, numerous ethnic food booths, a beer and wine store, a great spice store, and many more unique booths are available. I have never seen so much character and ethnic diversity under one roof. Enjoy this wonderful place in Columbus, OH.

Went on a Saturday @ noon so it was understandably packed. Priced didn't seem too high. Good choices of ethnic foods. A fish and meat seller, perhaps a dozen shops. End of the loop for us was Meditteranian, and we wanted it, but the line was too long and place too crowded so we left and had lunch on High Street

We love visiting North Market! Once we found out we were headed to Columbus again I knew we had to go there for lunch at least one day! So many great choices but my favorite remains the Polish Food stand. There food is amazing some of the most authentic you can get. There are also a few shopping stands love the spices, hand made pretzels and fresh popcorn. A must stop at least once.

A couple of minutes walk north of Nationwide Arena is this cute little market. It reminds me of an extremely small version of Pike’s Market (Seattle). Places to eat, fish and meats to take home and cook, bakeries, home goods, jewelry, a little seating area outside to eat, etc. While it does not take very long to wander through, it is definitely a destination place if you are staying downtown and looking to kill a little time or looking for lunch or a snack.

This place will please every taste. From India, Italian, Polish, Asian, you name it. The food is all incredible and great for a bite at lunch or a light dinner before a show. There are also great bakery items, pretzels and breads. Coffee, Spices and beer. It has it all. Same room for Jeni's Ice Cream!!

Oh my goodness, from the food to the spices, breads, and desserts, this place is awesome. I can compare it to Pike Market in Seattle and the market in Vancouver, except that it is smaller. I lamb curry from the Taste of India, it was authentic. Everything everyone ate said their food was really good. I love places like this and only wish we had it in Tampa, FL. I also had my eye on the Polish Counter where the cabbage rolls and perogies looked so good.....that's for next time.

Foodie paradise! I could spend hours here just wondering from stall to stall. From spices to charcuterie and coffee to champagne it is a great place to spend a couple of hours.

My husband and I visited here on a weekend trip to Columbus. It is a really cool place and all the food looked amazing. The woman at the hot sauce booth was helpful and knew her product very well. We chatted with the man at the butcher counter as well and he was friendly and did not pressure us to buy anything. If you are visiting be sure to brjng in your parking ticket to get validated when you make a purchase. Great Belgian coffee at the Belgian waffle booth. A must see place if you want to see what Columbus life is like.

Something for every palate and more! Great rustic ambience and bustling activity. Lots of wonderful foodstuffs, spices, flowers and more to pack home as well. A piece of Columbus history that should not be missed. Most vendors will accommodate travelers with handy packaging services. Conveniently located to central downtown.
