We went here to sample the beers. They have a 10 beer flight sampler. This allows you to sample all of their beers. These are traditional Belgium style beers.

I had lunch with family. The food is excellent and you have your choice of beers brewed. On site. It can get busy on weekends so you might have to wait for a table. But you will not be disappointed.

The restaurant was pretty cool. The decor and fireplace made the experience exciting for me. I order mussels and a black/blue burger, as well as the Christmas Ale. The good was good, but the locally brewed beers are what you come for. You can taste most of them for 25¢ each.

We took a tour of the brewery and were greeted by a very entertaining tour guide. He told some pretty cheesy jokes but was very knowledgeable and was able to keep everyone's attention. Although the tour is free, you have to make reservations online on advance to help make the tour run smoothly and the groups aren't very large. We were able to sample two different types of beer (for 25 cents) after the tour. Afterwards my boyfriend and I shot on over to the brewpub downstairs which was bustling. We grabbed two seats at the bar because we heard that at the brewpub and restaurant they have two exclusive pub beers only available there. We ordered the pretzels which came with two types of mustard and a cream cheese dip and both ordered up a Great Lakes pumpkin beer (one of those two brew pub exclusives). Worth it and the two bartenders were on their game, no one really had a wait. The atmosphere was great, it felt like I was in an underground bar during prohibition.

We had lunch here and the food was very good. My husband is a big beer lover so of course he had a beer flight. After lunch we took the brewery tour which was about 1hr. It was pretty neat and the guide was very knowledgable about the building and the beer process.

My son visiting from Virginia is what we call a beer snob. He really enjoyed the sampling of the beers offered. Lovely outdoor seating. A very nice ending to a wonderful day.

The tour of the brewery is free but you must sign up since there is limited number per tour. Our guide was one of the lab tech and she was friendly and informative. It is a fun tour with sampling of 2 of their beer flavors. Fun and tasty way to learn more about local microbrew.

I'm a big fan of Great Lakes! I've done the tour several times and it's always interesting. My wife had not been in a brewery tour. Proud that one of the top micro-breweries in the country is in our own Cleveland, OH. Definitely a must stop if you are in Cleveland.

I went April 2011, but I wanted to offer this review. If you're into beer or into manufacturing then you'll enjoy the tour. You'll learn about the art and science behind brewing and see the equipment that brews the beer. You'll also learn about the history of the brewery. This is a fairly large brewery so it'll take some time to do the entire tour.Make sure you partake of any samples as that is the most enjoyable part of the tour. I'm sorry I can't offer any better details as the tour was a few years ago. Trust me, you'll like the tour.

The brewing company offers one hour free tours. You sign up for these in their gift shop. Take the tour before going to dinner. We went to dinner and paid $1.50 of sample glasses of their different beers. Then when we went on the tour we had the opportunity to "purchase" 2 sample glasses of any of the beers. We had to pay .25 for these 2 samples. . . a lot better than $3 would have been! We were there on a Saturday so the factory was not in operation but still got a lot of interesting information. The tour guide was really good. Well worth the money, especially since it was free. But we would have still been happy if we would have had to pay a fee.

Met friends here for dinner on a Thursday. Seated in the indoor/outdoor area. Perfect atmosphere. Our waitress was good and thorough. Food was good pub fare

Went here as an out of towner before and Indians game, and had a nice time. Very cool place, great food (we had the pulled pork with homemade tots) and the beers were excellent. We also took the "Fatty Wagon" a 1$ shuttle over to the game, which would bring you back there after if you'd like too.
