This is a volunteer based museum with really detailed coordinated displays primarily for the auto and industrial history buff. It has limited child appeal. We did not attend one of the outside displays but I understand from friends in the area that the car and motor cycle displays bring participants from across the country. It made for a very enjoyable afternoon.

My husband and I recently took my mother here while she was visiting. It was a great way to pass a rainy day. The museum contains a modest collection of cars as well a documents and photos on the history of the Packards. I would go again.

The Packard Museum is amazing in that not only does it showcase the Packard Car history in the area, they also support other vehicular areas like motorcycles, mini cars, and other things related to what moves us! It's not a huge place but it's something that will keep you entertained and hopefully educated for a couple hours on a rainy day. Make a donation, help keep it going! We live in the NE Ohio area and like to see this kind of museum continue!

Nice car museum capturing the history of The Packard Motor Car Company. Many nice cars on display along with memorabilia. I attended their July National Meeting and Car Show, too bad it rained all day which cut into the number of owners displaying their cars outdoors.

This is not a huge museum but it does a very good job telling the story of the Packard family and the cars they produced. The cars on display were beautifully restored and they also featured a number of motorcycles through the year. Very interesting, very well done.

My wife nand I went for a model train display and tour of the Packard Museum and were underwhelmed by both. It's nice to see the old cars and the train show was okay at best, but the admission price seemed too high for the number of cars you get to see. Save your money and go to a car cruise, you'll see a wider variety and greater number of classic cars.

For the car enthusiast a great place to visit a vintage car such as the Packard. I think anyone who is into cars would love to see the home of a great car.

Good museum for the auto enthusiasts and the not so enthusiast family member. Displays are well labeled. Changing exhibits emphasizing Packard cars and sometimes old motorcycles. So check to see what is being emphasized during the time you plan to visit. Fantastic Packard Auto Show during a late July weekend.

Located on the site of old municipal swimming pool, this is a great place to visit to see some nice old Packard cars. The company was started in Warren, Ohio and produced many fine vehicles during its all too brief history. A must see for any auto enthusiast. You should plan to spend at least an hour or two here.

I actually stumbled upon this Packard museum thinking it was the "other" Packard museum in Ohio. It's a quaint little small town museum where you'll get the history of the company which was started in Warren Ohio, plus the chance to see about 20 fabulous Packard cars that are on display.

We attended the Naitonal Packard Museum with a group on the Street Rodder Road Tour. The place was fairly small, but was full of Packard history, autos and general auto memorabilia. Pictures are great too and worth browsing. For a small museum obviously working with a small budget, they do a tremendous job!

This is the place to see and learn about Packard cars. Packard started in Warren in the early 1900 s, so you see it where it all began.

My husband and I went to the Packard Museum (looking at automobiles and motorcycles) today....we had the whole museum to ourselves (it opened at 12 noon). I am more interested in the Packard brothers and their lives, especially their houses in different places in New York. There are pictures of the houses (mansions in question) at this museum....but I would have liked to read more about the construction of the mansion at the Chautauqua Institution that was built in 1915 by W.D. Packard with very thick brick and cement walls and was very fire-proofed because of his fear of dying in a fire. I heard that he went blind toward the end of his life....but I can't verify the information....which I would like to have. I also couldn't find much information about this house except when it was up for sale a few times and what it sold for and to who it was sold. As for the cars....I think I found 2 that actually belonged to the museum from donations....the rest of the cars and motorcycles are on loan from various people or museums. The museum is small with a small gift shop, very clean, fairly new building very close to the street (Mahoning Avenue)...a nice small museum for a small city. They also had 3 "hood ornaments" pieces of art that were probably put out on the streets of Warren, Ohio....similar to the "guitars" of Cleveland, the horses of Louisville, KY, etc.....These items were very ornate and very creative....these were a highlight of visiting the museum.

Interesting history of the Packard. Museum is small and can been seen in half an hour unless you are really into the Packard which I was not.
