Massage therapist kept leaning on me and rubbing up against my head as she leaned forward. It was horrible. Then on top of it I just wanted to cash out and leave but the front desk girl had to repeat numerous times about their massage program. I said I wasn't interested at this time and she went on and on even asking why. I said I don't want to spend the money each month. So she continued to go on and on. I was ready to walk out. It was an awful sales pitch. It was my first time ever calling in to ask for a manager when I got home. That was even worse. She pretty much brushed me off and said they promote wellness. Ok that was farthest from what was being pitches to me. So she said she would put a note in my file to not have a sales pitch. This being said after I said I would never return. And yes they would not return the balance of my gift card. Horrible experience ever. I have had many massages and this was by far the worst experience all around.

My wife and I have been getting couples massages at Massage Envy for years. The service is almost always excellent, and the price for the recurring membership makes it reasonable to get a monthly massage.

I have been going to Massage Envy for years now and every experience there has been wonderful. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly. Be sure to ask for Melissa... Her massages are amazing!

First time to try this location worked with a gal named Kelly very pleasant and professional, but more to the point a very excellent massage. She asked all the important questions a good therapist should and worked on the areas of my body that were causing me issues. The staff overall wass friendly. The facility itself was pretty clean and well maintained. Front desk staff do a hard sell however no really that overbearing. I would recommend Massage Envy, especially Therapist Kelly.
