I thought I "know" how to do TRX training...wrong!!!! I joined PAI and received a personal attention from instructor Richard Green and Kate Ball.....and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!!! Management was also very helpful in assist me when I had the problem with my class package (purchased through Groupon), they were also very kind and generous, added 2 comp classes, which was really appreciated. My target is to develop some lean muscles....and I think this will happen with PAI.PAI is a great studio, no doubt about it.

I absolutely love Pai's Trx group classes! The instructors are motivating, informative, and sweet. Every time I go I get a great whole body functional and fun work out. I drive all the way from Gahanna!!!!! It is challenging but totally FUN!

Took my first yoga class here with Michael Murphy in what is now the spinning and (YAY!) new barre studio three years ago and cannot get enough! Instructors are excellent and give cues for alignment and adjustments. Slow flow classes with Kara, Michael, Ann and Lisa are challenging yet mind grounding and peaceful , perfect for leaving the busy world outside. Chan's Hot power flow is always not only physically greuling but her messages are thought provoking and meaningful as well...best way to start of end any day!

As a brand new member I was really nervous to go to my first class, but I shouldn't have been at all! The staff is so positive and helpful that all my nerves left. The atmosphere was awesome and I can't wait to go back for my next class!

Been going to Pai Yoga for about 6 months and absolutely love it! Michael Murphy is an incredible yoga instructor and I have learned so much! The have classes for students at every level! The studio is quite bit and accommodating! Doesn't hurt that the studio is conveniently close to Trader Joes!

I recently purchased a 10-class Groupon at PAI thinking it might be a good way to get back to yoga after a high-risk pregnancy and the craziness of infant-hood and early toddlerhood with twins.I have been so pleasantly surprised! My previous class experience has been neutral - helpful but not as enjoyable as my quiet home practice. In just a few classes, my practice has exploded and I've been renewed. I've learned more in the last few weeks than I have in years. I feel I have something to take away from every class - a slight tweak or new variation of a pose, strength-building exercises, or better use of props. Most importantly, each instructor I've encountered at PAI has brought a sense of fun and relaxation/peace to each class. It's so refreshing to fall out of a pose and feel comfortable with giggling and, more importantly, to have an instructor giggle with you rather than chastise.

I started yoga 8 months ago as a way to strengthen my body and find peace during an exceptionally difficult life situation. I tried various studios, but have always been drawn back to pai because of the quality of instruction, the various types of classes available and the spiritual atmosphere. I've tried the other types of fitness classes they offer and they are also great, but the yoga classes are the best I've taken and fill the need I have for mental strength as well as physical strength.

My yoga practice began at home with dvds, and I never thought I would join a studio. When I saw the sign for a new yoga studio next to Trader Joe's where I shop multiple times a week, I decided to sign up the day it opened for the introductory 2 weeks, and I learned the value of group fitness at PAI. The high quality of instructors, small boutique environment where you're treated like family, and wide range of classes have kept me a loyal PAI member for 3 years, and I rave about PAI to anyone who will listen! From my Mom who has a dedicated yoga practice of her own, to a friend who teaches spinning and became one of the PAI instructors, I have been shown that there is something for everyone at any stage of fitness at PAI. Personally, I have approached fitness both intensely, by being there 6 days a week mixing hot yoga, spinning, and TRX, to slowing way down with basic/beginner yoga 3 weeks after having a baby. I really value that PAI offers more than other local yoga studios, with the addition of TRX and spinning, and has options to meet everyone where their fitness goals are, whether challenging or gentle.

I have been going to PAI for approximately 3 years, as my schedule allows. I have tried the TRX, but I mainly go for the yoga. Hot Yoga is my favorite. They have something for all levels of skill. The instructors are exceptional. They are truly kind and inspirational. I have been to many of the yoga studios in the area and PAI is by far the best. Clean, warm, and inviting.

A variety of classes are offered 7 days a week so you are sure to find something that fits your schedule. I joined for the Yoga, but there are also great TRX and spinning classes. This makes a monthly pass a great value. Not only are the yoga teachers top notch from a knowledge and experience perspective, but they genuinely care about your yoga journey and about creating a yoga community. Whether you have never done yoga before or you have practiced for years, there is a place for you at PAI Yoga. I can't say enough good things about this business and the positive energy it infuses into the world. This studio will nourish your body and your soul.

I didn't know what to expect from my 2nd try at yoga as my first left me feeling I might be too type A ! From the moment I walked into the studio, I was greeted warmly and felt welcome. There was hot tea available for a little refreshment and nice cubbies to store your belongings. I was really worried I would not be able to understand or keep up even though I chose a beginner level. The instructor was so nice and friendly. She teaches at different levels so if you want to take a deeper stretch you can. Or you can just enjoy being a beginner and perfecting your moves. She is very thorough with her instructions without being intimidating. I left the first class so excited about yoga and couldn't wait to go back. The class has all ages and body types and I never feel like I am being judged on how well I can perform. This class is a gift I give myself and I always leave feeling refreshed and renewed

I love Pai Yoga & Fitness because the owners and instructors truly care about their students getting the best possible experience. The studios are always immaculate, and the overall amenities are very inviting. I always leave Pai feeling amazing, thanks to the phenomenal instructors and challenging classes. Also, the online schedule is so easy to use. I love everything about Pai!

I don't attend classes year round due to my work schedule, but when I do attend classes they are always top notch. The Instructors are thoughtful, knowledgeable and very approachable. I'd recommend this Yoga studio to anyone - no matter the level there is a class on the schedule for all bodies. They have TRX and SPIN as well. I have not tried those formats yet, but can't image that I would not be just as satisfied!
