We had our family photos taken here. There are so many amazing places to look at. It is especially beautiful by the river. There are plenty of plaques to read about where certain parts of the park came from. They have a yearly Easter egg hunt for the little ones. There is so much beautiful landscape that it would be hard to see it all in one day.

Wonderful walking trails, old rail road bridge, free carousel ride, programs for kids, tram ride, many new ideas for my garden, flowers, trees, ponds, fishes, tunnels for babies and happiness for whole family!

Beautifully maintained garden by the Lorain County Metroparks. There is a nice walking path and several different types of gardens including a children's garden with a carousel. This is not a pet friendly park, so don't bring a furry friend as a walking companion.

This park originally was a home owned by the Schoepfle family. It is easy to imagine that it still is someone's private place. It is quiet with lots of wildlife and no road noises. There are paths through woods, along a river and through the formal gardens. Everything is very well taken care of. Plants and trees are marked to allow lookup later. It is a very special place to walk and enjoy the outdoors.
