The knowledge, it represented about their Amish Heritage. We liked it. We would reccommend any family to visit the Center.

We took the tour and found out more about Amish and Mennonite. It was very good. The tour leader was very knowledgeable.

Teaches you about the Amish & Mennonites. There is a guided tour for the painting to tell about the Amish coming over to the US.

Very well done, factual and informative. Nothing to dislike about this Center. This is the "read deal" when it comes to Amish and Mennonite Heritage.

This should be a "must" for everyone visiting Amish country. Just seeing the room with the 365 degree painting of Amish history is fascinating. The tour guides give a very informative talk as you walk the circle of the painting. There is a small gift shop at the center as well. There is also an exhibit of Amish dress that is quite interesting.

This is a must stop if you are interested in learning about the Amish and Mennonite people. You are taken into a large circular room which has a mural that tells of the Amish and Mennonite history. There is an Amish guide that goes with you and explains everything in the mural and is open to questions. Lots of other things to see in and around the building like a reproduction of an Amish school. Nice collection of books, baskets and other Amish items in the gift area.

Everything - so much to see and do, will go back to see more and shop more! One day is not enough, so many shopping ideas when we got home and the wine county was fabulous

This is a must see for anyone wishing to learn more about the origins of the Mennonite and Amish cultures. The mural that depicts the history is in a large round room and the tour guide was excellent, giving us lots of background information and answering questions. He himself is Amish. There is a free movie that is good too but don't pass up the guided tour of the painting.

I have been visiting Amish Country since I was a small child, but I learned more about their beliefs and origins here than any other place and time. See the painting...it's Incredible!!! The Amish Gentleman that did the descriptions was also great! Enough description/information without overwhelming with minor details. Also, excellent locally made baskets, rugs, and other crafts there for sale. Some have little description of who has made them.

We are 55 year olds..not sure how interesting this would be for teens/kids...but, we found it worth seeing. Amazing floor to ceiling 360 degree mural of the history of the Amish people. Our tour guide was very interesting and knowledgeable and the artwork ( mural) was amazing!

Very interesting mural depicting the history of the Amish & Mennonites. One doesn't realize how much persecution they suffered. Other very interesting tidbits of information.

Beginning at 9am, the excellent video, tour of the school and barn followed by the mural, provided us w an excellent underpinning of history to understand the complex strands of the cultural background of the region. This was a great starting point for the day. We arrived at 9 and were away by 1030am. Highly recommend!

If you want to know more about the Amish and Mennonite's this is the place. The painting is amazing and teaches way more than anything I have ever seen about these two Christian denominations. Very worth the time, and a great place to start.

We arrived just in time for a tour of the 265 foot mural of the Amish and Mennonite history. It was led by an Amish man and provided great insight in to the history and lifestyle. It was well worth the $8. Fee. There were also some interesting displays about Amish life including wedding customs etc. there was a display of clothing, and most interesting of all the caps and bonnets worn by the women. Like a uniform cap, they identify what order of Amish or Mennonite. So interesting. This is a great way to acquaint yourself with the area before setting out to sightsee.
