so many stores were empty. outlets were gone that had been their for years. YES the town is nice but, I spent very little money in the outlets more in the Vermont artisan craft shoppes.if you want great outlets kittery maine and freeport for quaint shops. the total package and the LL bean outlet

Manchester is a quaint New England village where all the shops are housed in original white sided family homes. A pretty postcard-like setting. A good variety of shops from high-end designers to local butchers and wooden craft ' barn' shops. A great place to visit and spend the weekend!

Recently visited Manchester, Vermont for the Christmas Holiday and thoroughly enjoyed the festive holiday decorations throughout the village. Manchester has many outlets to shop along with restaurants, coffee shops and holiday festivities. Will be checking the Manchester, Vermont site next year to plan another holiday getaway!

Just a bunch of outlets in an outdoor mall setup. Prices are still pretty steep so be careful what you buy.

My husband and I took a getaway day trip to Manchester Village for my birthday. We love taking the drive, the scenery is just incredible. The outlet shops are scattered throughout the village and there is always some exciting sale going on. I got great buys at Ann Taylor. The shops are grouped into small clusters and no matter where you are there is an incredible mountain view to enjoy! This is the perfect weekend getaway trip! I highly recommend the Equinox for lodging! My husband and I stayed there before and its really lovely located right in the center of the village. And be sure to check out the bookstore and country store in town, there is something for everyone! I bought local maple hard candies! YUM!

Went Christmas shopping on a Saturday with my husband. Started and the book store and made our way to Gap and Banana Republic. Great stores with great sales.

What better way to spend time with friends than a girls weeknd away along with shopping at the MDO! My favorite stops have been to Gap, Banana Republic, Loft, JCrew, BCBG and Michael Kors just to name a few. Depot Cafe also has the best arugula pizza!

What a FABULOUS place to shop! Shopping heaven in the middle of beautiful mountains! Great stores, great prices! A group of us visit twice a year and shop ALL DAY! The majority of my wardrobe is bought here! I look forward to making it an afternoon activity after a morning of skiing this winter!

My girlfriends and I just came back from our semi-annual shopping trip to Manchester. It was beautiful there... the peak foliage had passed, but the views and crisp air were lovely. While each of us has our favorite stores, we all found some fabulous deals... Loft, Ann Taylor, Michael Korrs, to name a few. We checked out the gorgeous new Eileen Fisher store! I love that it's a picturesque town and not a big strip mall that you can find anywhere. Highly recommend!

The Manchester Designer Outlets is a great place to shop! The buildings are all so beautiful and the town is very cute and quaint. There are some great places to stop and get a bite to eat while on the go shopping!! Great deals, great stores, good food!!! Love it!!!

Manchester Designer Outlets is a beautiful destination for a day of shopping. The stores and their staff are welcoming and helpful, and the sales are fantastic! The layout of the stores and each of the buildings have kept the charm of a VT town, while providing shoppers with access to phenomenal shopping for the entire family. Depot Cafe 62 is a great spot to stop for lunch during your trip before you continue on to fill your car with more deals! We plan two trips a year to MDO and wouldn't miss it!

Nice, small outlet shops that feel like boutiques in a village instead of a big shopping/strip mall. Good brands - Theory, NYDJ, Kate Spade, etc.

We went to the annual sale for Columbus Day Weekend at Manchester VTOutlets - Love the one at Orvis - it used to be bigger and better under the tent - sales are still good and I got some stuff - the other outlets in Manchester have sales as well - it is such a nice little town - even with the round a bouts that have been added - a lot of places to shop - this time of year is great with the trees changing color - a nice day in VT.

I know that they are what Manchester likes to promote, but I can get this stuff at any large city in the US with a good sized mall. I came to small town USA for more local things. They were there if you looked around.
