We used the free Metromover to get from Epic hotel to a host of museums and attractions. Very efficient and my only criticism is that it is occupied by a fair number of homeless people (maybe 5 percent) a few of whom begged for money. This was not too terribly nettlesome for us and the convenience out weighed the negatives.

It was my first experience on the metromover, but it was a really good one. We actually took the metromover to the metrotrain to go to Versaillies and back to the downtown and it was great. Very convenient and best part of all is that it is totally FREE for everyone. Thanks Miami.

Metromover is a free public transport service that connects the financial district with downtown. It has good coverage and is reliable.

Best way to go around downtown Miami specially during evening events as traffic gets crazy! (Did I mention it was free?!)

This is a great rail line that gets you around town. It is very cheap and surprisingly clean. It is a great way to connect the Tri-Rail system and buses. While it transports you, you can view the skyline and historic buildings. I would recommend this to my friends.

I walked to the metromover during a recent hotel stay downtown near Brickell Village. I found it easy to understand the stops and platforms. I enjoyed the rides I took. 90% of the people on the train Metromover were normal everyday people but 10% were scary looking to me. On my evening ride from Bayside to Brickell Village, we had an armed officer in our mover car, which made me feel more safe than scared. This is a great, free service that helps visitors and residents get around the city efficiently. Be brave.

Miami Metromover is a free (for now), mode of transportation encompassing Miami Downtown and Brickell areas. The Metromover offers great views of the city while taking you from point A to point B. It runs constantly every 10 to 15 minutes which makes it very convenient. If in Miami, take advantage and enjoy this free ride to get a feel of this beautiful growing city. Do it soon, as Miami politicians had already set theirs eyes on it, and are trying to find a way to start charging for it.

The metromover, is a driverless train, which takes you down and around downtown Miami for free. They are very easy to use. These are above ground, they are not like normal stations, just a platform.

This is an excellent way to get around a portion of Miami. Its free and allows you to visit a few interesting places around town. Before paying for transportation to your destination I would definite check to see if this mode of transportation can get you there.

It's a free ride around downtown and Brickell areas in Miami. Awesome to capture photos and video. Cons: no conductor. In an event of a malfunction, you are stuck in the middle of nowhere and you can't leave the train. It gets fixed fairly quickly, I might say

The metro mover was very convenient to travel to different areas. It made it very easy to get to local businesses and restaurants that I would have not have other wise visited.

Great free transport service. Isn't faster and it takes a while to get the station, but you can travel without issues.

I didn't know it had an actual name, so had just called it a Tram. On a Saturday night it was a very comfortable and timely one-car shuttle over a distance that took around 20 minutes to walk. And it connected nicely to my hotel (Hyatt Regency), with walkway that avoided outside traffic. There were only 2 seats on the Mover, and there didn't seem to need to be more. After all, it's not traveling a great distance.
